The withdrawals are slow as hell. Customer support is sucked up and market buy and sell isn't available for more than 3 cryptos. App interface is pretty bad and cherry on the top, a lot of bugs.
The wallet facility is amazing, I loved how it takes very little time for deposits and withdrawals. The customer support is top notch, they helped me really well when I had some issues. The application is just amazing for trading. The facility of wallet is great with amazing customer support. One can book movie tickets from the wallet itself, which is another great thing about the app. Loved my experience with the application.
This is one of the best I have ever used. Obviously this is secure, very fast , quick deposit and withdrawal ,simple & easy , nice support for customer, timely updates are also good and excellent crypto app. And it's multipurpose uses like recharge fastag, booking tickets etc. are also great.

Forgot my password and now not able to reset with email or mobile number. Not getting OTP or reset link email. Update: I raised the complaint on 13th May and you're responding on 25th September. Shows how prompt you are. I switched to Zebpay. Thanks. Tried again even now the issue is not fixed. Worst app. They don't care about your money.
This is one of the worst app I have ever seen, for doing KYC they are asking documents but after uploading they are not giving proper msg as well as even though documents are uploaded properly they are saying please upload document, also they are clearing all details of bank details, so every time we need add these details again and again. Best option to switch to another app.

Pathetic customer service. I've been using this app for a long now. Initially, as most newbies, I wasn't too sure about crypto, had many questions, and unocoin customer service cleared them. I loved their attitude. If you ask me, every online firm's asset is their customer service. But in the recent past, their customer service is turning into a liability. The situation is pathetic that the agent doesn't even bother to respond unless I fill the chat with 10s of messages. Surely,it's going south

Very slow app. I have to wait for 2-3 min after clicking on anything and very bad UI design why would anyone want to open this app. Also they don't show fees and other calculations properly. I would rather use CoinDCX or Binance.

Worst app ever in crypto exchange . Please friends don't install it . It have a limit amount to trade and the server is too slow . Buying and selling the coin is worst part ever . So think twice before installing .

I love this app! Just started today and the graphic is good, the execution while not the best is quite satisfactory with experience. There are some problems coins and exchanges, like the controls, which can be fixed down the currency. Some quality of life improvements like displaying item stats in matches can be added too many. I'll be coins exchanges and see how this currencies. Looking forward to the day I can give it a 5 star rating.
