Unofficial Air Video
* It is required to use an external video player that supports live URL streaming such as MXPlayer to watch videos.*
* Currently requires a local wifi connection to use.

- Bonjour/zeroconf server discovery (can automatically find your air video servers on the local network)

Works fine for me. Sees my server, lists the files, sends them to mx player. Great if you're still running an air video server
But it plays in Chrome, which times out if you dont touch the screen, which isnt ideal for videos..
If playback gets interrupted for anyreason, including me pausing for a split second, the screen will go black once resumed and then play 1 second of video, followed by forever of black... rinse, repeat.
There are random times that the app tries to search for the server and error message appears that reads: "null error..." After which I'm left with no other option but to delete the app and re-downlad the app
Grab yourself MX Player, a custom codec, and Android AV and it's just as good as on iOS.
Great app, easy to use, very similar to air video. I am just waiting on the feature to convert offline.

Have been looking for such app for long, since i run air video on my mac, hope to have remote connection in the future, dont mind to purchase!
The IOS version plays everything smooth (large files). This is decent and hopefully gets better. Perhaps with Kitkat out it will be easier to write better software. Most video files play very well. Good job!

this is a lot better on android bcz mx player can run all kinda formats so i never have to use online conversion thanks developers truly appreciated.

Ok the live streaming doesnt work at all. On ios it runs flawless. Reasons like this is why i hate android. Cant wait to get an iphone.
works without a hitch on Note 5, nice one :-) now if only current server version would be supported, together with a matching UI... too bad 'InMethod' is a 'IOS only' dev.

I liked it until I needed to watch a video. It ended up downloading the video then watching it after it downloaded. It didn't stream the video. Perhaps I have a setting wrong or something and it could be user error but first impressions made me uninstall.
Not as good as the Apple version, but it lets Android users to connect to the server and play videos, so you can't really complain too much. Would have been a 5* but you have to open the video via a web browser
Doesn't work. On every android device I get a null error trying to connect to an air video hd server on a mac that my ipad has no issue connecting to. This app appears to be outdated and unsupported now.
