Unread Count

Im running androids lollipop 5.1.1 and its not working. I am also using the AL3 and still nothing i purchased the pro version of AL3 AND still nothing ahaha. Idk what i have to do to make it work but i really like this launcher but its annoying not knowing if i have any missed notifications or what not

I guess I just assumed it worked with AL3, and, well, you know what they say about assuming anything... Oh well, maybe one day it will work. (A suggestion - update the app description to indicate this restriction)

Action Launcher is awesome, and I really love the functionality of this add on, but the unread count for Hangouts is wrong. I currently have no unread texts, but it says I have 5 (a few weeks ago it said I had 1 when I actually have none, but that number has gone up over the weeks). Not sure what's going on, but not good if the count is artificially high.

Does not work with AL 3.6.8 pro. This is a must have function. I would not have upgraded to AL 3 pro if i knew that this does not work.

Like everyone else is saying this doesn't work. Would not have upgraded to pro if I'd known this. Kind of BS

Love the idea but does not work with Action Launcher 3 on my HTC One :( and I do have the Pro version

Im using S6 and action launcher 3 but the apps isnt showing any missed calls or text message.

Installed and trying to figure out what's going on. Comments say it's not compatible with Action Launcher 3 maybe? What the heck? Please update this Chris (and plus, add that it doesn't work in AL3 if it doesn't - otherwise you end up wasting people's time and it's annoying to not know what's going on with this app.)

Used it together with the launcher but it didnt work for me. I didnt see any notifications and since it is a background app i couldn't choose it as my primary notifications.

it is completely useless. purchased the luancher app and the plug in useless. notification on apps are very important to me. please fix ASAP. note 4 verizon.

Downloaded this and it doesn't work at all when it comes to the notifications. I see nothing signaling I have a new text message on the icon when I clearly see one on the notification panel.

Could need more apps like whatsapp. Also it is bad that the label has the number but not the app itself. Cause if you have new sms or mail you don't know what app is causing the notification.

Very nice for texts and emails but it could use some other services. Like Groupme, that would be dandy.

In desperate need of of an upgrade. This app is the ONLY reason I'm using Nova Launcher instead of AL3. Shame shame.

Doesn't work on Action 3. I don't even see it in accessibility to enable it. Looks like you have not updated the app since July of 2014. Would really like an update to make it work. I love Action 3 but will probably go back to Nova if this isn't fixed.

Doesn't work on galaxy s4 or is it action 3. Or is it just junk. Installed and nothing. Isn't even running in my app manager.

Maybe works with the now out dated action launcher 1 & 2, but no love for the true fans, the Action Launcher 3 Pro buyers.

I think the developer is another jrummy.. Build paid apps, promise updates for fixes, abandons apps, develops new paid apps. Wash, rinse, repeat. Not a fan but good concept. 

I didn't find any option here in settings of app to enable count badges. Kindly assist.

I really like Action Launcher 3 but unfortunately, the Unread Count doesn't work. I really like being able to quickly see missed phone calls, SMS, email, etc. Are there any plans to get this working anytime soon?

Do i have to activate it into the system settings, because it doesn't seem to work. Otherwise, the idea is really good

Needs to be updated so that it works with the new version of Action Launcher. Developer needs to add this to the description.

Instaled with action launcher 3, but the unread count never showed.

The whole reason I bought AL3 was for notification badges. NEXUS 6

Installed and restarted. I can see it running in the Application Manager, but I can't find an app to run or a widget to install.

bit of work to be done yet i guess. the design is limited and the supported apps list is pretty short. i have faith, though.

Phone app constantly has 132 as the unread count. No way to fix the problem but to disable. Let me know if the problem is fixed so I can give a better rating.

I downloaded Action 3 pro and it's a great launcher and this would have really topped it off but unfortunately nothing happens after installation.

Not working with current configuration on newest versions. It isn't requesting permission to read notifications. LG V10
