This last seen hider is really easy to use: when you receive a message from one of these three messenger apps, it will also be received in the Unseen application. There, you can read it freely, whenever you want, without having any of your friends knowing that you have seen it. Only when you will decide to respond, the « seen » or checkmarks notice will be displayed and people will know that you read the message.
No need to remove internet connection or activate offline mode: Unseen provides a beautiful design and a simple to use interface where you can easily access messages and even sort them by messenger!
Unseen also utilizes « Chat heads » ( Dashdow ) that will show you unread messages in a small bubble on the screen. This is very helpful as it gives you the ability to read messages without having to stop your current tasks. Just tap on the bubble to open the message on Unseen or drag it down to the bottom of the screen to remove it.

Used to be the best app I had ever found, worked with no issues and never had a problem with it. For the past few months though, it has barely been working at all, it will notify me of someone's message, but when I tap the notification and open the app, the messages aren't there. Has only been capturing 1-2 messages a day, if even that, even when it used to work perfectly.
So the app premise sounds great. It is what i was looking for. But it doesn't quite work. They won't be able to see that you read there message but you won't really be able to read there messages either. Instead you see a small preview and then the rest gets cut off. Also reach message gets sent twice for whatever reason.
Its cool when the notifications work. Sometimes they do, sometimes they done. My statusbar on one of my devices stopped showing notifications, and then chat head stopped showing up. I like the idea. Didn't like paying $2.99 for some themes with no imagination added to them, and I can't change the strange background either, or customize my own theme for that matter. Finally, "the icing on the cake" is the fact that it does not work at all with with Telegram X. Good idea; terrible execution.
Hi. You desperately need to add a whitelist function so that you can add certain people to it so that you're not constantly getting double messages, one from WhatsApp and one from unseen. I would for example put my wife on the whitelist as I don't need to screen her messages to me. But other friends/colleagues need to be screened before replying. Hope you do this and the app will be perfect. Thanks.
Works for most messages, but I have problems with WA Audio. I tried this app because you can't disable blue ticks for them. Unseen shows that an audio message was received, but then when I tap it, it says no audio available. Therefore I can't use this app because the sole reason doesnt work. Rest is ok I guess.
Unseens says: "Any message you receive on your chat apps will also be received in Unseen. Here, you can read it incognito, without leaving a seen notice or a double checkmark." Sounds cool. I've received WA messages in retrospect, after my phone was turned off, and live in the app, the latter of which also resulted in my phone leaving me notifications. In all cases, Unseen has picked up nothing. Even if it picks up notifications, it's still useless except for longer notifications off screen.
THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!! Despite having all the correct settings and having restarted my phone several times to try and get it working, Unseen works for half a day and then gives me notice of messages but when I open the app the messages haven't loaded amd there is no way to refresh to force them to load. It basically does not work!
Most inconsistent app I've seen. Catches maybe 5% of picture messages 0% video or voice notes And I can't even guess at text messages because I have some chats where the app has caught 95% of messages and I have others where the app hasnt caught a single message in over a year. Also for it to catch any messages at all you will need to restart the service on average 7 times a day
I finally found text I was expecting! To my understanding, unseen meant for those that don't wanna show if the senders messages have been read all yet. It was sending all messages to a folder of unread text. I couldn't read them when I wasn't getting them.
Even if this app has ad popping out on screen. but it actually does a lot of work and does a great job, I can Read friends messages without them knowing that I have seen it. And it save in the app even the friend deletes it from whatever chatting app u are using. It's lovely guys great job., maybe u guys should at other cool features inside to make it more interesting. I can read messages (across a fair amount of different Apps) that friends send me without them seeing that I read their message, so I never get the social anxiety feeling of feeling obligated to write back in the "timely manner" most all people expect everyone to do... which is basically respond immediately. grate app and not too many ads for the free version. I recommed.
no more text stalking ! thats priceless! its a shame we pay for tecnology and have to download apps to hide ourselves from it. i would imagine most everything these days is recorded somewhere. privicy like different states of reality is left to the observer and its an illusion it does not exist in its entierty. even as just an idea. This app helps me feel like iv taken back a little bit of my own sanity. ✌👀
Love the app & it does its job with text-only msgs, I only use it for Messenger. Would give it 5 stars if we could also see images sent. Other than that, honestly love it! Note: I noticed when I uninstalled/re-installed it I had to sign back in to my accounts before it worked again. I did appreciate that no one (else) could delete/reinstall and be automatically connected to my social media accounts 👍
It doesn't work, the messages received only at first start, after that no message at all. I have tried to uninstall and install again the app, still not working. I set all permissions on for this app, still not working . I have send my feedback to the dev but no response. I have bought the full version. What a useless app. I want my money back.
It works flawlessly and the design is just beautiful! Definitely worth the no-ads version with extra themes, the price is great! I just wish we could receive voice messages and photos, please work on this and the app will be even better. I recommend it undoubtedly to everyone!
Use other "chat head" apps in play store. This app only "see" chat notifications but no way to reply, still have to open the original chat app, I dont understand the purpose. Ads infested app, you see about 4-6 ads in almost every interaction, plus a bonus of full screen video ads. Won't recommend.
It really doesn't help at all. It only works when there's a notification of that message that pops up first and then it just repeats the same notif. Apparently I didn't need it 'coz I could already fully see the message through the original notification. Unfortunately for other messages that I wanted to be unseen, I wouldn't be able to use this because not all of them pops up in my notifs. It's completely useless.
Feedback feature in app is not working. If I try it's going to Gmail for composing but mail delivery system get keep on failing. I think the id is wrong or some other issue with app. Give us feature to view and download images and videos from the chat. And also give us feature to delete only the particular selected message from chat.. Give us feature to select and delete the set of messages from the chat.
Found several problems. Notifications are not working, if whatsapp notifications are off. Messages are received with great delay time (messages check must be done more frequently). Chat heads activats itself sometimes and does not function anyway (see first problem) - - > please fix. Generally more themes are needed for pro users. Summary: it was not worth it to become pro user.
I would love it if they include Hangouts and Skype. Other than that, this is the greatest app ever. As an introvert, I don't like talking to people very much, but I always feel obligated to check the messages to make sure there's nothing wrong. This application allows me to keep my privacy in checking the messages, while replying to those important messages.
This is a great app, however it doesnt work for IG dms (the whole point I got the app for), so I'm giving it 3 stars. I get notified for everything else, including likes and post comments, but no direct messages. Works great for everything on FB.
I see nothing inside the app. Also the app didn't ask any login from me (No Facebook login required) , is that the way it was supposed to work? It's just completely empty of messages and doesn't receive the new incoming ones. I've sent an email using the feedback option built in the app but it says that the email does not work.
Great for managing communication. You do not miss a message, but then you have the freedom and the option to not responding directly without the sender thinking you are rude or you are avoiding them. Too many ads but the usefulness out weighs that.
The main reason for this app is to exchange WhatsApp messages without being seen. Yet, this very thing is not at all possible. For example, when I go to reply to a message through the app, the only option it gives me is "reply in WhatsApp", and when I do, I appear online as usual. And this is the very thing I am trying to avoid.
Excellent approach, but plaged by some easy-to-fix flaws. The major one is that group chats get dismembered into individual-only threads, making them unintelligible. Another flaw is that whenever "back" is touched while the menu is open, the app exits instead of closing the menu. The 2nd most annoying flaw is that the app insists that you evaluate it every time you exit and that is before you can evaluate it at all, and thus makes the app look like scammer's stuff. And the most annoying flaw is that after you scroll down thru the list of conversations, read one and close it, you'll be brought back to the top of the list and will have to scroll down again, and again, and again until you're pulling your hair off. With those flaws corrected, I'd give it 5 stars.
