Would be a 5 star if the app was able to be accessible from my phone. Only way to open the app is to go to play store and open that way. Saw an other review mentioning this problem. Meant to make my life easier but instead adds more steps. 1 star for now, 5 stars when this problem is resolved
Good service, as long as you don't want to cancel! An overly pushy sales rep tried to call me at 5am to get me to re-subscribe. They even attempted to take payment after I'd cancelled. Good thing I cancelled my card. Would not recommend.
THIS is one that I've never seen before the business app is downloaded in the Google play store, but it's absolutely not downloaded on my phone "like if I go into apps" so now Everytime I need to use the business app I have to go into the app store type it in and then launch smfh, this slows down my business!!
Installed on three separate occasions and I never left the login screen. Terrible app management.
The app and corresponding business website are constantly down making it impossible to update menus. Would expect more from a product that costs so much.
Works well. Only bad this is that it doesn't have half the capabilities the website offers.
Broken, won't do anything, the app is literally just a broken login screen...
It's pretty bad when I can't even log in. I press login and it just sits there.

Droid users avoid this app like the plague. It has brought me nothing but headaches. I can't believe it costs $600 a year for app that I've been told isn't going to work on my phone. You've been warned.
Absolute garbage app for an absolute garbage service. I cannot believe we pay monthly for a crap version of beer menus.

Needs the ability to comment and toast the checkins to your business without having to use a laptop.
Cant see the need since Ive already adapted to entering my beers as a customer.. because this function has been required from day 1. But this app is really clunky and hard to use also.
every time i try to change my profile picture in the app, it just brings me back to my timeline without changing anything. it'll go through the motions and let me select and crop a picture, but then...nothing.
Makes updating incredibly easy
Love the app when it's working, makes it easy to update my stores beer menu! But about every week or so I'll open app to update it and it'll ask me to log in. My id & password will auto populate and then after clicking sign in nothing happens and still on sign in screen. I've had to uninstall this app 6 times now and about to do the 7th time in past 3months. Please fix wing in issue and I would gladly rate 5 stars!
