I had app access until my claim was received & approved. now I cant log into it at all. I feel apps are easier & faster than using a website. With an app...BOOM!! Youre ready to sign in and go! The app isnt as user-friendly as it could be, but I figured it out enough to give & receive documents needed. After a month of use, the error message 'try again later' pops up when I try to log in. This forces me to use their website, which has fewer options than the app. Tried everything, app wont work.
App has been broken with error message at sign in for 2 weeks now. App was decent for the 1st month but now you have to use the website. As many hoops they make you jump through for your claims they could at least has a functional app
No longer functional. I have been unable to use the app since November. My login had not changed, yet i can only log in on the website now. Customer service says they have no reports of issues, and yet every time i have to call in an absence I've been telling them. They make me try again while ON the phone. Please, fix the app or remove it.
The app won't even open!! It has this box on top of the screen. It states to use fingerprint and has a cancel in blue. There is nothing to click on to use the fingerprint log in!!! I have to cancel, then I'm out of the app! I can't get past this box to get to that home page!! This is jacked up.
It would be nice to be able to log in. Says can't log in there is an error. Don't offer an app that can't be used.
1/13/22 , 3/18/22 , 4/29/22 Scamers , company is a Scams like the car extended warranty and the irs scam , got the at beginning of 2021 January had surgery on oct 21 was out for 6 weeks and they denied my claim, save your money for what they charge every week , put it in a savings account and in a year or two will 2 to 3 grand perfect for a emergency hospitality
Love this app. It's very easy to use and as far as messages sent through this app is a great timing process. Each time I've sent a message to my claims rep I was contacted back the same day, most times within the same hour or next. (Which speaks a lot on how dedicated my rep was but the fact that the messages were delivered right away speaks on the app) Great app, never had any issues or problems.
When I log once, it works. Everytime I log in afterward it never does! I'm constantly having to click reset PW and it still doesn't work. Sooo frustrating! Can someone please look into this! The app totally defeats the purpose when I'm constantly having uninstall, reinstall and then finally call!
Looking in issues are terrible. It let's you log in once, maybe twice if your lucky. Error message Invalid ID and or password. I've only used this app since mid July and have had to contact customer service at least eight times and spoke to a representative three times. Please fix these issues on your sxheduled update September 2nd.
This app hardly works. Sometimes I can manage to view my benefits, but nothing is ever up to date on it. Keeps saying I have tasks to do, but I finished those using their Website days before. When I'd upload documents on this app it'd say "Successful! 0 Documents Uploaded!" Which, that would've been funny, IF they weren't important docs that could cost me my job. Not happy with this app at all. Just use their website and make sure it's on the "Desktop Site" if you're on a mobile device.
Terrible can't reply to your text messages, but they can stop payment for no call no notification of needing documents. Boo customer person specialist will read what's on your file. When you can see what's there yourself. I don't know still goin through it. My new specialist has been superb for long term so far.
I have never seen paperwork and such the way we are screened as employees it seems like the criminals doesn't even get that much paperwork done on them and then when they send letters if you cannot pull it up there's always a time frame to have everything surrendered I don't think this is a good app for the employees at all very complicated and then they came up with an updated version that makes you erase icons you already have just to program theirs ~ that's not right.📰😕
It does not allow uploading of documents in any format other than photos and that doesn't work well from your phone. I have yet to receive any response to messages i send through the app, so who is getting them? It is just very limited.
Doesn't work. Updated 10-15-19 restarted my phone, removed and re added app. Does not let me get passed authentication of finger print. Tried sigining in through mannually entering email and password. Still no getting into my account. Ive even tried getting in through my email where it says i have info to review on the app or the url it gives and still nothing.........such a hassel.
So very easy to use, eliminates the multiple phone calls specially for someone like me going through a rough time because I am not able to use my voice that much. Frustration Free!! simply amazing!!
The app was working, now it doesn't. You can't log on, sign in, nothing. Makes it kinda hard to upload documents, check the status or look at you case.
App is constantly crashing or fails to send information.
This app is easy to understand and navigate. It helps me with reminders of uncompleted tasks and assists me with keeping my account compliant and active. Did I mention "no ads" as well. Your information is always secure.
It keeps saying error occured please try again later i have uninstalled and re installed still not working
Every time I click a button it gives me an error message... I can't even log in. When I request to reset my email? Error. When I try the register button? Error. I can't even get on to the app to know if it works or not, but I need to go through the app to make sure my coverage is valid because no one answers the phone...
They've been telling me over the phone they owe me over $1,700 they told me they sent the check my mail twice so I've been having problems the last 2 months the first month I got paid. They been giving me the run-around the last 2 months. They deleted the one big check on the app. Very disappointed in this company
This app is for checking on your claim, uploading documents, and contacting your rep.... I dont think they pay any attention to our messages because ive sent in 6 and placed 5 calls trying to contact my rep, but they dont ever seem to care and call you back. Whats the point of having this app if the business does nothing with it or act like they care???!!!
Apps keeps closing/crashing when looking at benefits. Seems to be an issue, as I was told by customer service to use the website. It would be nice if this would work and not close when trying to review benefits.
The app just keeps shutting down and will not allow me to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I have complained to the company. The same result keeps reoccurring The same result keeps reoccurring.
Worked fine until recently. I can log in, submit absences, but the app crashes if I try going to review my history. Not sure what other elements are broken now as well.
ERROR MESSAGE!! Can't check the status of each individual day I've claimed in the absence history anymore, Everytime I try it kicks me out and says the app has stopped. When I first started using the app I could, with no problems. I originally thought that it might have been my phone being outdated, and couldn't handle the newest update. But I just bought a brand new phone that was released 3 months ago, and it still does it every time. It also says I have tasks to be complete, but I don't.
