UNUM - Design Perfection

Love that it's free and that you can add many Instagram users. Too bad there is no way to sync the Desktop account to the phone. Also, a lot of bugs on Android.. Images just disappear or take incredible time to show on phone. Sometimes you see the photo, sometimes not. Notifications for one single reminder appear countless times, way too invading, had to stop using notifications.

I've been using this app for 6 months without any issues. I never had any complaints until the latest update. My app crashes repeatedly. When I open it again I lose all the content that I uploaded so I have to start all over again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but I still have the same issue. Ive sent emails, reported the bug, etc. but still no help. So unfortunately I have to give it 0 stars.

The app has been improved in lots of ways - several bugs were fixed and the experience in general is ok (still not perfect, but I prefer UNUM over other feed planners). I'm currently having trouble with the hide feature only: I can't unhide pictures and can't "cancel" the function (sometimes I only want to select a picture and it just disappear because the hide feature is still doing its job). Sorry for the poor description, English isn't my first language, but hope this feedback can be of help.

I used to have this app on my iPhone and it was my all time favorite app! Now on my Huawei, it glitches all the time. It shuts down, photos are lost or overlapped, the editing options are different, I can't download the "edited" photos back on my phone nor can I post them to Insta. It also bugs when I try to see my stats. I know there's so much more to this app so please help out!!!

For everyone giving it one star for bugs: it literally says it's a beta version in the title. It is buggy, but it's still a great app for planning out your feed - I've found it super helpful and fun. Also, the development team was pretty responsive when I emailed letting them know about things I was having problems with. I'm mostly here to boost reviews because one star for bugs in a BETA version of an app isn't really fair.

app is No longer usable. extremely frustrating. can't upload without the app crashing. have sent feedback over the past month but seems to fall on deaf ears. can't delete photos without them reappearing next time I open the app. order changes every time I use the app. used to be a great app but now I'm surprised it's rated 2.7 it should be rated 1 or less.. sorry guys but the app doesn't work.

I'm aware it's in beta. I'm using the app on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ with the latest updates. Whenever I go to the analytics page, the app crashes/doesn't load the data. Especially when I tap 'Top Posts'. Best Hashtags and times to post is always empty, crashing the app. I have the same account logged in on an iPhone and it works flawlessly on it, with even more features. It's just with android i've faced this issue and lack of features.

This app was great until I logged out of my account and tried to switch everything over to my new phone and now I can't log back into any of my Instagram pages. It was an awesome app until this happened. I just want my subscription canceled at this point. I'm not getting a response from email or chat support. I'm just completely frustrated at this point.

Useful app as I'm able to preview how new post(s) will look like on my feed and can be rearranged to my liking. I also like how it consolidates findings on likes, comments, best times to upload based on engagement rates etc. On the other hand, when I upload it onto Instagram directly from UNUM, the resolution of the photo is MUCH lower when cropped to the 1:1 ratio than the original, so even with the ability to preview it before uploading, I have to upload it directly from my gallery or any of the photo editing app specific albums ie VSCO etc. Even when I decide to upload a picture onto Instagram directly from my gallery, it doesn't affect the resolution as much even when I crop it to my liking prior to when I upload it.

I was really looking forward to an amazing app but was shocked to see the interface. While editing the image, PREVIEW window is not working, thus you just have to blindly apply a filter or any other adjustment. Really disappointed. I request team unum to fix this bug asap.

This USED to be my FAVORITE app to help clarify, add some extra pop, or adjust my pictures but it has gotten to where I cant even use it. At first it was minor bugs and glitches that progressively got worse. Now I cant even log in. Its a ridiculous tragedy because I've yet to find an app that holds a light to what UNUM was, once a 10 now a 0 I would give zero stars if I could. I regrettably plan to uninstall NOTHING has been done in the last SEVERAL MONTHS of this downhill spiral.

I've been using this app for about a year now and I faced a few glitches that I was able to work around but starting yesterday my Instagram account has been disconnected from the app and everytime I try to log back in I get a message that there was an error and the app could not connect to Instagram. Can you olease fix this issue asap because I have tried many apps and this one was the best one in terms of the available features and the practicality of it

I had & liked this app. So much that I even subscribed. Then, I do not know what happened but it became EXTREMELY buggy. I literally could not find a single function which worked. Everything is messed up. Went from legendary to trashy. I still have 26 days from my 'elite' membership, and I had to delete this app as it is unrelyable and annoying & impossible to work with. (Huawei P10. Android 9. EMUI 9.0.1)

The app is completely bugged, it closes out, it does not load right, when it loads the photos are gone, the ones that I delete reappear... I've always used the app and never had problems, after switching from iOS to Android that the bugs have started.

i downloaded this app on my device bcs i used to love it so much on IOS. on android, it glitches a lot. my pictures are layered on each other, and at times, they reshuffle the position in spite of saying it is updated. i'd like to see some improvement because i dont feel like finding another app for the same purpose.

Photos are not appearing when I select edit. When loading more than 2 images the app crashes. I have a brand new phone so it's not my phone being an issue. The app design is great but they need to still work out glitches. Not functional for use, at all!

love the overall set up of this app over preview or any other app but it crashes, freezes and doesn't always save your work. sometimes I'll open it and it'll have pictures I uploaded weeks prior. if they fixed all the bugs I'd give it 5 stars but right now its kind of a pain to use.

Decent app that provides some insight into my posts on Instagram. I can't upgrade to a paid plan though because the payment screen doesn't allow all of my name to fit (and therefore the card doesn't work). Also the bug/issue report button has been disabled. Why don't you just use Paypal subscription as a payment option?

I've used the app before and it was great. I'm having trouble connecting my instagram, I keep getting an error message. It doesnt seem to be an issue with my password or anything on instas end because instagram keeps telling me I've logged in on a new device but I keep getting error message 400 or something. great app when it works, but if I cant even get past the login screen to use it then...

Even though I logged into the account that I wanted to test this app on, it ended up putting the post on one of my other accounts, even though I wasn't logged into it. It also kept telling me that there was an error saving the edits to my photo. Seems sketchy to me so I deleted the app immediately.

Another example of a once-promising app that just gets worse with every update. Constant crashes, photos that won't upload or that just won't show after uploading, ridiculously slow loading times... it's a terrible general experience despite its potential

the idea behind the app - great, love that you can move the photos around and rearrange the posts you've got on your insta, but it has so many bugs! i gave up and had to delete it because it kept deleting the photos i've uploaded and erasing the previous arrangements I had every time I logged out :(

This is very gooood app except some bugs, which are too much.... Fix it and release its amazing. The bug was of photos, and while uploading it too wya to much time, didn't even show it's uploaded. Plu when i opened again, all the pictures went away lol. The rest is perfect.

Super buggy, but it's still the most intuitive for planning your feed. It let's you see the feed if you remove a picture and it fills in the spaces when your grid adjusts to 3 pictures I use it with some other apps to avoid the bugs

Edit: THANK YOU! Everything is working smoother and even better! A few months ago I would have given it 5 stars... Lately it has been having a lot of bugs. I hope they can fix them soon! (I.e. can't see top 10 posts and best posting times)
