Feature packed, but important feature may not be up when you need it. Etc paynow. Had error loading or took forever to load on a Sunday morning while trying to pay for breakfast. Not something I would expect from a top 3 bank in sg. Can check out paylah, lighting fast.

Was unable to log into my account for awhile, but woohoo! CSO instructed me to clear my app's data & cache, reinstall app And violaaaa, it's working now! Thank you! One of the easier apps to use and it doesn't log out you out randomly while you're doing transactions

Can't perform transfer. Keep asking for token digits. When use token digits, doesn't recognise. Even with sms 2FA, cannot perform transfer. Called customer service, they asked to reset. Even after many times reset, still got issues to do fund transfer

Useless app that does not work. Went through all the trouble of setting up the digital token and they told me to wait 12 hours to use it, but it's been weeks and the app doesn't even let me sign in. Wrote to them for advice and they just cut and paste a generic response without bothering to read the issue properly. Their staff did a callback and asked me to do what I already tried even though I already mentioned it in the email, basically wasting my time on the phone.

I didn't even do anything - no updates of my Android, yet the app just hung??? What's going on? Pretty weird, it's working again after a few hours. App has been pretty unstable in the past 2 months. Already 3 incidents, twice when the new security patches were updated, and now, without any security updates. The only positive thing is that it automatically comes back on after several hours or days; but it's like you don't know when it's going to happen again and last for how long. Doesn't speak well about UOB's technical capability.

Extremely unstable app.. some times the digital token works and on other occasions it doesn't.. Never seen anything like this for a bank app.. as a customer all we want is to access our funds and make transactions at ease, but this app really makes one question whether having an UOB account is even meaningful.

frustrating to covert FX just when I need to use Mighty Fx. Unable to process my request . Try again later. This message is appearing far too often. UOB needs to review your team of engineers in charge of this app. I am a regular FX trading customer and the other bank apps do not show this poor ,unfriendly performance. I am using Galaxy A9 Pro with Android 8.0.0 and the same problems occur every time. 1. Either unable to process, try again later esp when prices are volatile or 2. log out completely only to log in again repeatedly, Please advice. Thanks

Decent app, but it's pretty dumb to use a custom keyboard when entering the password. I can't use my password manager nor paste my securely generated password.

The app clashes whenever I try a fund transfer to external accounts. Tried 4 times and all the same issue. First time happening to me.

Flaw in app where it blocks and keeps asking you to create a digital token when doing transfers over $100 on existing Payees. But works when doing the same transfer as a one-time new transfer. Furthermore, the web site version is missing the comments/notes field which is extremely important!

Not user friendly at all. 😤 Try to activate the digital token, but the given time to key-in OTP is simply too short. Get to try several time before it is successful. I am not a superman❗

Every app/system update forces a monthly limit to UOB cards, causing alot of transaction to fail(due to limit) resulting in late fees. Have feedback to customer service multiple times but it seems that nothing has changed .

It's really seemless and convenient to use UOB TMRW to do my banking on the move, instead of being PC or branch visit dependent.

Ever since it's updated, it has been lagging and wasting alot of my time. I can't even do a simple transfer coz it kept prompting error. Really disappointed.

I can't even open this app. It froze at the opening page. I've already uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. Pls fix this glitch as I'm overseas and this is the best way for me to login to my UOB account.

Terrible experience, I can't transfer money other bank accounts. Seek out for help but hear nothing from customer service. Extremely frustrating and terrible experience.

I have nvr had so much problem with UOB internet banking until I updated this app. Keep getting error message, 'we are unable to process your request', even before I could log on. Not sure if the 'update' is to enhance cyber security but it should not compromise the service standard. Sorry, UOB...if I close all my accounts, you know why.

After the update..it was so difficult to log in..the otp took so long to received..

Don't link your UOB Credit Card with Apple Pay, Gpay & Samsung Pay. Because you will lose your rebate/money and waste time & effort to chase after your missing money. Bank's recovery system is appalling, no reply, missing email etc. Best of All, no solution since 2018, yet keep on asking for feedback. Strange Bank.

Compared to a few other bank apps, this app has a good layout and it is easy to navigate. However the recent recurring issue is that the app takes forever to load. It is very frustrating when I need to do quick transactions like PayNow or funds transfer. I have uninstalled and installed the app numerous times and the problem still persists. I have installed the same app in my iPad and there is no problem with the loading of the app. I hope the problem can be rectified soon.

The older version is a lot more useful. One is able to check the fx rates without having to log in each time. The navigation is easier. After the implementation of the new design, the phone just hangs without an option to log off. Need to improve the app for a more seamless experience. Do include a log off icon as you did in the older version.

Terrible app. The basic function it is supposed to do, banking, works only part of the time. The other times, when I want to check my.account balance or make a transfer for instance, the app keeps hanging indefinitely without possibility to do anything further. I have to restart it each time, and hope that the next time I will be lucky. Please improve.

After the recent updates, it's taking a long time to login. Previously, the app allows users to access the mighty coupons, deals and vouchers without having to log in. It should revert to this as it does not make sense to login in to access all the mighty deals and vouchers since it doesn't contain personal data. Now the app is causing a lot of inconvenience to users and not user friendly anymore. After the update, the interface makes it less user friendly.

I'm using a Pixel 2 and have been having trouble with the app for the majority of the year. Takes forever to load/transition pages, and most of the time is on a loading loop whenever I proceed any further than the home page after login. Edit: Functionality around the app has improved, and occurrences with the above issue has decreased, have tweaked my rating as well.

Oct 2021: Face unlock finally works. The "secure" keyboard still exists but at least we only need to touch it once. Good riddance. June 2021: The new update has made the login process a hassle and is very inconvenient. The built-in keyboard causes unnecessary hassle for those who already use a password manager. I have had to resort to using the web version, which defeats the purpose of having an app for accessibility? Your previous version with gboard integration is deeply missed.
