UOB Mighty Malaysia

App is mostly great and easy to use. No frills. Only thing that I'll complain about is Mighty Pay NFC being inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and it breaks and I'll need to reinstall the app to make it work again. And sometimes after reinstalling adding cards into Mighty Pay is broken too, it just loads forever until one day it decides to work again. Very inconsistent. Please improve that or just integrate with Google Pay and bring it into Malaysia, that would be great!

It is user friendly. The apps shows all the inflow and outflow which is easy for reference. It also show the process of details (one account - level/criteria to achieve for earning interest). The interface of the apps is modern and easy to use. Definitely will continue to use the apps for online banking transactions.

Have been using this app for awhile now and it is really user friendly. The interface is also very modern looking and I can do all my transactions within the app. It also shows the statistics on my inflow and outflow which is really handy and useful. This app has been great to use and will definitely continue using it! :)

Overall wonderful App. I only think that I have to mentioned, Mighty Pay feature it suppose you provide a simple way for us to make payment easily but not for this. It works on and off, today it may work by just unlock your phone and tap it in the payment terminal but tomorrow it won't work at all. Just let us add in our UOB Cards in Samsung Pay which works flawless without any issue upon paying. Instead of building up the queue retry again but it won't work at all.

Easy and friendly use, simply and easy understand on all the function.. The best I like is it show the summarize on your account balance and usage. Also shown your average balance so that you can know how much to go to win those campaign and able to get better interest. Online Account opening also easy & fast.

Reinstalled many times problem still exists. Please fix the frozen screen, can't even enter to login screen. Been fvibg this prpblem many times.

When i open this app , it say ' The following critical threats have been found on your mobile device. For your security, this application will now quit. Libraries tampering . how to fix it ??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I cannot open the app after upgrading iOS to version 12. Can advise how to fix? I've reboot my phone and uninstall the app several times but still cannot work

The design is user-friendly. The app's styles in color, font, spacing and other elements are clear and easy to navigate. The load time is about three seconds.

Simple interface and user-friendly. Transactions can be done easily and quickly. There's also a lifestyle tab to check on nearby vouchers provided.

Best banking app which is convenient for me to perform banking transactions without proceed to branch. Besides the online account opening is fast and simple which save me a lot of time. Definitely will recommend this app to all my friend.

Developer should improve the login user interface: whenever I enter my password, I key in the characters without being absolutely sure what I type: there is no indication, hint, or feedback as to the characters entered. This shortcoming has caused me to enter my password wrongy many times. Most other apps would flash the password characters for an instant, before changing them to asterisks; or the apps would give you a choice whether to hide or show what you type.

Can u pls inform ur custumers2reinstalll the applictn again if there is a need to. Unless no choice, customers hate 2 reinstall bcos 2 many issues with handphones. Just a short msg will do.

I like UOB Mighty as it is user friendly. Whenever i make payment online or transfer, 1st choice is UOB Mighty. This is because the features are secured and accessible. I can view all my acct details just 1 click plus all history transaction.

Loved the system, however theres a bug where it doesnt prompt the session for me to continue transaction, had to use back sms

Downloaded and installed the app. Entered my username without problem because the letters I typed appeared on the screen. However, it was impossible to enter my password correctly as there was no ability for me to see what I had typed. Epic fail in usability, IT team! There needs to be some mechanism for customers to see what they have typed as a password so they can correct it if it is not accurate.

The app is easy to navigate and convenient to use. Very user - friendly. The favourite listing is really helpful for repeated transfer transactions.

The best banking app ever ! I love the interface of this app so much and its safer and easier to online banking with Mighty Secure. Forgot about OTP, now you can just authorize transaction with unique PIN ! I also love the fact that we can choose template before sending the receipt 😍 good job UOB Malaysia .

The app keep not updating all the transactions immediately when I refresh... have to improve on this. The credit card amount after I paid still remain at there outstanding.... what is the issue?

Please improve the uob mighty apps, because I need to use mighty pay to link my debit card one and activate it, but also can't complete, try 10 minute and after 10 minute also can't settle, please solve the problem, my phone is vivo x50 5g
