The security is over kill, I could make my password a lot more complicated and longer if I could copy paste it from last pass instead of having to remember it and type it in everytime. There are many other ways of securing a site other than diabling the copy paste functionality. The sharing function does not work, when the image to share comes up from the transaction the share icons don't appear anymore.

Very slow compared to other banks. Update June 2021 improved version is better, but crashes often at startup. Update: Even until now in 2022 app crashes in 30% of all cases. No problem with other banks.

Super lagging and unable to launch the app for several minutes of waiting. Even reinstall the app does not help. This is the worst IB app ive come across and used. Extremely not user friendly interface and slow processing with over usage of OTP requirement. Even the local kbank app works much faster and less hassle with less hidcups. UOB you nees to buck up and wake up your idea to serve your customers especially during this oandemic period whereby going out to the public is risking our safety!

Too many steps of difficult password logins, OTPs. The first page of app should privide essential personal financial rather than useless menus. It need greatly improve UX UI. This is the reason why I do not use UOB credit card after got it 4 months and may cancel it soon. I cannot trust the system of the worst UX app.

I have been used 12 bank apps. This one is the worst. Lack of essential functions. Hard to use. Interface look too formal and outdated. OTP in every step is so annoying. Useless by the way. Suggest developer to download other bank's app then try. Update version is not enough to figure this out, better make a new one.

Good looking app at first use then you realize that it's quite slow to do things. It has limited functionality. I don't like how the app was designed to take 2 layer security check before you can just do any transaction.

New version is a lot better, clearer UI and faster response. If you can add UOB rewards points summary to the app as well it could be 5 stars. (You already have UOB Line connect to show Reward points, should not be too hard to add it to this app, right?)

Worst banking app possible. After several weeks of painfully using it, it has now decided my device is rooted (it's not) and won't work. I have 4 other banks apps on my phone, all work fine. The UOB interface is awful, it's confusing youre even in a bank app initially as it's all adverts trying to get you to spend. Once you make it into the bank account details, it's limited and over protective to the point of being unreasonable.

I send the beneficiary a proof of payment and he called to say that I must hide my account number and balance. I never realized that such confidential information was by DEFAULT on the payment confirmation. It would be really helpful if the bank is a little more considerate towards its customers and remove the balance outright from the payment confirmation and leave the 4 last digits of the account number only. The bank is laying its customers exposed to aggression arbitrarily.

Worst IB in the market. The app is clunky and also inconvenient to use. Share button can not be shared and many more troublesome function. When try to contact via email, also the worst in response. Someone from developer team and also the bank's responsible team should test the "Basic" IB funtion before release, rather than focus in the Dine and deal.

Don't have a feature to check transaction history, not even have a screenshot saved after completing a transaction. The application is not you to do a manual screen capture.

Contact Bank and Call centre a few times to change my phone no for registration. Call Centre is friendly, but not helpful. I need to go to UOB 3 times to finally find that Call Centre can help me to change my phone number to register this old fashion IB apps. Thanks to bank staff for their services, keep reminding me to come to bank in order to solve the problem. CALL CENTET IS USELESS. You can help me, but not even suggest me what to do. keep telling me they would contact me back,never happened

New updates look nice but can't read Thai. How to change to English? ...edit- found it at top. But I had to guess n clicked many places. When in thai, to change language, maybe that word should not be in Thai.

Really bad application, sigh. Request new passward to log in with inputting the ID# and DOB should be suffice. Why need the credit card# and the password of cash withdrawal? I never draw cash from my credit card, how can I have a password, 😨☹? Many attempts to log in caused the my a/c locked. A crazy and the worse banking application.

I don't know why I receive a notification that UOB Mighty has a problem and is forced to close everytime I turn on my mobile; this is annoying. However, the app works fine when I log in.

The fact that I cannot screenshot or forward receipts from transfers is terrible and since you cannot get more detailed things from the transaction history has made me fight to prove I sent funds and could have lost me the deposit on my apartment. Every other banking app has multiple ways of saving receipts
