Terrible app. 90% of the time, I'm in a lecture room where there's no phone signal, so the app doesn't work. The WiFi is always a challenge to connect to. When there's no WiFi or phone signal, I can't log my attendance, so it keeps coming up as absent/"student not marked in". Doesn't work at all. I hope the university can provide an alternative system by Semester 2. Absolutely rubbish and constantly crashing.

App is useless outside of the mandatory check in feature. Doesn't link up to the washing machines/library/timetables properly and is basically defunct as due to known issues most lecturers do a register anyway. Only use it because it occasionally works

Awful app, apart from the timetable and checking off class attendance that just about works, to find out other information (train and bus times) you're better off using Google or even the Intranet for uni related stuff. Main annoying thing is that this is supposed to be the hub for the washing machines that there's a limited amount of and they barely even work. The app does not get the machine timings or availability correct. Very bad for a wash service we're paying extra for if the wash fails.

It's frustrating. I'm approaching my third year so I'm at a crucial point where I need to regularly check my emails for anything important. Everything else on the app reloads and works okay, but I have to keep reinstalling it in order to receive my emails. It needs to be convenient, just in case I'm away and don't have my laptop on me.

The timetable arguable the most important part of the app is pointless as it never updates at the start of term when it's the most necessary, various good info including maps and other info though, just a disappointing timetable feature.

New updates version is very poor. Buttons are all current Microsoft style colourless things which could lead to issues for visually impaired students and it's not so easy to read any more.

Clunky, prone to crashing, and slow when it does work. When working, decent access to tools required though.

Always having issues with the app and having to uninstall to reinstall multiple times when things stop working i.e. notifications for attendance check in reminders stopped, email tab doesn't open anymore

Really bad all round, never loads emails, notifications and crashes all the time which ends up in uninstall reinstall as my attendance is monitored this way!

Works most of the time... Just really annoying that I have to keep reinstalling when it crashes.

Although it contains vital links and some useful information, none of the interactive apps such as the laundary or library sections seem to update progress live and are therefore useless.

I have installed and uninstalled this app 5 times now just so it will update my emails. it's a good concept but it needs incredible work

Attendance feature disappeared, had to uninstall and reinstall it to get the thing to work properly

Uninstalled and reinstalled still will not let me log on. Password and email login all correct too.

Useful to get information, but has a lot of technical issues

I constantly have to re-download the app as it only works for a certain amount of time

Can't access email or timetable at all, pls fix before uni starts

Why does it need so many permissions?

It's useful but I wish the laundry view wasn't broken. Especially Burma, says all machines free when 2 are broken and all the others are full.

Constantly stops working, no access to learning network

Great app. Helps me find free pc's. A great idea.
