Received an UP Move as a birthday gift today but won't work. Be sure to keep the receipt if you have one and return your purchase. It's never going to allow you to use it without an account and you won't be able to create one because the servers are down. I feel sad though as this looks really nice and it had great reviews from before but now I won't be able to use it.
Why won't it let me create a new account? I got the bracelet "unlocked" an everything then put in my info to set up an account an clicked submit and it just sat there an continued loading an wont setup. I even attempted to re-open my old account from last year but that also just keeps loading an loading an wont go through. 😕
App no longer works. Company went into liquidation. Used it to reset my old device but the app won't allow you to log in. Just doesn't connect. Don't bother downloading unless you have an old device you need to bring back to life after a new battery or being run down.
As others have said, I have two Up products which were fantastic but now completely obsolete as you cannot create an account and I can't log in to my old one. This app should no longer be available as it doesn't work, and definitely don't waste your money on their products. Such a shame as I was really pleased with them when they worked.
Worked good for over a year except it dont like sync. All of of sudden the app wouldnt work. Had a suggestion to uninstall and reinstall then it wouldnt let me sign back in. Wouldnt email me anything to help reset password. Emailed support multiple times no response. bad customer service
I can't create user account. I installed the app, I paired my device, and then I can't go further when I have to set up my account. The circle goes around for minutes and nothing happens. I also tried it with a different email address but it didn't work.
had to change the battery in my device. once done, tried to log in to the app without success. just stays on the "loading" screen and will not log in. uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.
very frustrating. i have tried more than 15 times to create my account because i have a jawbone & it does the loading thing & then puts it right back on the same page where you fill out your name, email & password. i was really excited for this & now im just annoyed.
Jawbone, the company who created the UP devices and this app, has been bankrupt since 2017. This app and all Jawbone devices are no longer supported. Please do not purchase any bracelets, speakers, etc. as they will not work. Jawbone made great products while they were still around in 2015. It's a shame they had to liquidate.
Jawbone has ceased communicating with its customers for almost a year now. They are no longer a business and therefore have no employees to provide customer support or any information on their so called transition to Up Health. Don't get this app, or any Up gadgets; they should no longer be available for the public. What a waste of time and money.
So apparently I can't create an account as the networks are completely offline, due to Jawbone going bankrupt. Absolute waste of time downloading this now. If you have recently purchsed one by chance, make sure you have the receipt to return it.
completely useless!!! if your even lucky to connect your up device, you cant create an account to go any further. cant even sign in. just keeps loading and loading and loading. so now, not only do i have a useless app, i have an expensive device i cannot use!!!
Pairs up just fine but won't 'Submit' for an account. You can't bypass it either. Previous reviews are saying the same and that the company is no longer around. Wondeful.... Guess I won't be able to use it anymore. 😠
I get all the way through set up and it never let's me submit at the end. I've uninstalled and redownload. Entered my information dozens of times. Such a waste
App doesn't work. Cant log in/recover password/make a new account and all info I found online says it the same for everyone. They gave up on it and don't care that its broken
Would freeze when I tried to sign in, would freeze when I tried to reset my password, would freeze when I tried to plug in my band. 3 different ways I attempted to use this app, and it would say loading and never load.
I still don't understand why I cannot sign up the UP. Since last 2 weeks I'm having same problem. I wrote to help desk but nothing has changed! Definitely won't suggest that brand to anyone and won't buy anything from them anymore!
Recently the app started hanging so it isn't really useable anymore. Prior to this it was a decent alternative to using the more expensive fitness trackers.
will not open and i have uninstalled and reinstalled it and shut my phone off. it just sits and loads. ive used it in the past snd never had an issue. hooefully it will fix itself because i loved this app.
I cannot make the account, i have bought the jawbone up 24 and i cannot use it because the account cannot be saved!!!! Verry bad!!! I dont know what to belive, some other users have written that the servers are down from 22 May 2018 and thats why the account can't be set up!!!. If someone from jawbone still exist i really want them to reply and let un know what is happening!
Started using the UP again, but after downloading the app again, I am unable to login or create a new account. It simply won't send a forgotten password or submit new account. Please help!
Terrible. Tried to use my old Jawbone 24 and it will not connect no matter how many times I reset the app or my phone. Will not be buying a newer product just to use this
Was great when it worked. Useless app. In the trash it goes. Will never purchase from this company again. Last update on this app was in 2017, and there you go...
I tried using the up move device and it paired, but I couldn't create an account for it for some reason. Especially when I hit the submit button.
It doesn't work. When it gets to the create your account page, the submit button does nothing. It doesn't even blink. I'll try to contact someone.
It won't let me log into my old account or create a new one. Neither would it let me sort out my forgotten password. It just is not working. When I have used it in the past. The app worked very well.
Fun while it lasted but like all cloud-based devices it persists only as long as the company behind it. This app should be pulled since Jawbone took the deep six. Doorstop now.
I love this app and the fitness tracker. But there hasn't been an update or support available for years. Think they went out of business.
Horrible app. I have tried to set a profile 10x and it just spins around and come back to the same page. Each time I re-type my name and email and have even tried a different email address and password combination and it still will not set up. Going over to Fitbit.
