Very very very.....bad app its confuguration is the worst one which cannot be toleratable. It's front end as well as backend coded environment is bothering it's users very much...such kind of drawbacks are proving that the working of upay app is also like goverment works....hope this app will updated with better improvements soon.
I tried to pay E. Bill by using this App and Money is deducted from the account. But Bill shows not yet paid. And now I can't view my bill details page.
Wrost application. It even do not able to find the account with Ivrs number. Electricity department is the most corrupt department in MP. Government attention is must needed here. They give fake bills of too much high prices and even they do not cut off the price. Even they taken all electricity bills in covid crysis while, cm announced it free.
Update : I could upload meter reading. Good. But couldn't select image from gallery. Not good experience. Issues : 1. Keeps on popping up with server error. Failed to connect to server. 2. Doesn't display previous billed data records. 3. Doesn't even show previous submitted bills. Mailed on Developer email. Hope to receive more such fixes. For now, only using it for downloading the bill and uploading self meter reading. The payment section still needs improvements. Can't trust it for now.
not opening after update. rearrange complaints in datewise. sometime self meter reading is not shown in bill likewise current month
Could not download electricity bill since the last 4 months. On downloading it always shows download failed. No mechanism is active for grievance redressal. Customer service is bogus. Highly unsatisfied with app and company's customer support.
I am unable to login the upay . Trying for so many days . The otp which i recieve is in 5 digits , whereas i am always asked to enter 4 digit otp . Further it stucks and does not take any command !
After updating app, unable to login, app is not showing next screen to enter otp, pls correct this error.
App is good but some time is not update & not work properly solve these issues soon.
Since two days there is error coming, not able to see bills and after log out no OTP coming for log in

This app wont deserve one star also. They feature in news paper - we can take self meter reading, but its not true. This feature is just to waste our time. I put reading as well as image of my meter but its showing "meter reading fail" also i try many times, but response is same. Also app is not update with their latest databased, because meter registration is transfered to another person with different name but then also its showing previous name. My recommedation, please update technology.

Unable to login ,it's says something went wrong,
Worst App. Developers have not tested properly before launching, even in first step it is not working when I tries to attach my IVRS number or Account ID, it always shows Parameters are wrong..., Or Server is busy please try later. When in first step these things are coming out I can guess other problems which are already is in reviews by other users..
Self meter reading is not working..Cannot able to upload meter reading photo sothat bill not generated....

Very bad experience in regards to self metre reading. I have tried so many times to upload self metre reading but every time it shows the message 'metre reading failed'. As per online payment history concern, My payment has not updated since jan-2020,
In the new update they have add some bugs also to threaten public
