The best mobile crypto trading app I've been using so far. -Chart drawing is saved no need to draw new one each time when launching the app. - Average filling cost is ready available .. perfect for DCA and multiposition trading , no neee to manually calculate - Charts are available in tradingview. It would be the best if THB pair will be on tradingview too - Clean UI , easy to use Great beyond my expectation

used to work. but after update, stuck in login page. cant access my fund. pls fix. samsung J7+. update: app is working. fund is accessible. the problem is that the speed of my mobile data is quite slow and the app's behavior "appears stuck and not working" while trying to log-in. it would help if there is a visual indicator like a progress bar while the app is trying to connect to the server so as not to look like it's stuck in log-in page. upgraded to 4 stars.

Confusing, slow and annoying experience. There is no option in app for market rate order or quick trade. "Trade" tab is so confusing. Everything is red. Even if there is a sale, still it's in red. Pathetic experience. Deleting it.

Worst app, app continue shows invalid email address, you are not professionals, you are not trust worthy either.

Awesome exchange, and very responsive support. I had an issue with one of my transactions and they were able to help me solve it in a timely manner. Very secure system and many pairs. Highly recommended.

Edit: I would then recommend updating your website - it explicitly states that US Customers are able to access the exchange. It even has a State-by-State rundown for eligible residents. --- /BUT, there is a deferral to trading via Bittrex for the US. YET the sign-up/consent page explicitly warns that service is not available to the US. Search Bittrex in the app store & a 3rd Party app tops the list, not Bittrex/Upbit. This app does..as in Top50+ results & after 10+ exchanges. Ergo, NOT FOR U.S.

Hi, I seem to forget my password. But when I tried the Forgot Password option on the app, an email confirmation was sent, I opened the email and tapped on the Reset Password button. I was redirected to a website which redirected me right away to Google Playstore. What I did was to Open the app from the Playstore and after that, I was only redirected to the login page. I was never asked to reset my password. Please help! July 25, 2019 Reply: There's no option to reset password on upbit web.

Because my phone is rooted, it won't even allow me access. It tells me to contact support. I've rooted every phone I've owned and it's always to my advantage - never a disadvantage. Obviously I was aware of the risks before your software was installed.

Have never rated any app this low. Using 2 apps at the same time. Will stop using this one. The auto buy does not work well. Lost many opportunities when price of crypto went down and up. Withdrawal time is really long, since 3rd April, it's been 11 days, still did not get my money. The help line says sorry and checking for me for the past 4days.

Upbit stole my 350 usd. I sent my usdt from my wallet to upbit, since upbit said they using different protocol ( erc-20 ), they don't want to get back my usdt sending from protocol bep-20. They even don't share any private key for your wallet so you can handling it by yourself. Shame on you upbit

This app always re-open itself and blocks Android default button!!! I kill this app then lock my screen. Then i use my phone again, appearing that this app open itself and i cant use phone button to do any action (i.e. home, back button)! Never seen any app that bad like this before.

I was spammed on LinkedIn into trying this exchange by an Upbit Biz Dev Rep. After downloading, I'm not allowed to sign up since I'm in the US and you haven't listed with the SEC. Why target United States clients if you can't support us? Terrible business practice...

I love this mobile app. It run smoothly and has great security features. The execution of the trades are great. I will recommend this apps to all of my friends and others throughout my social media accounts.

App won't open keep saying root has been detected, I've never attempted to root my Android phone like ever, I hate the idea of been super vulnerable hence I don't root my phones , I don't how this app keeps saying that root was detected. Super sad about this

The app is good but i could not see my favorite two coins , Dogecoin and Belrium both i am planning to invest especially after Musk''s tweet and Belrium has lots of IT related products behind its coin, great scope for both the coins , eagerly waiting for these two coins...

I can't withdraw my wallet for a week. Tried to use customer support and send email but no respon at all, i also called the office but no answer as well. Really dissapointed with transaction issue and customer service!!!

Need to work out better dark theme color I'm using several same app but Uphold dark theme feels doesn't good on my eyes.Still no available match for ADA/IDR, BAT/IDR.The whole user interface for me is not neat, seems a bit messed up.

The worst app , i dont want to participate on survey upbit . The participant is all bot and not human . I dont want to participate again on survey or another event on upbit . The survey just need 30 seconds to sold out all ,its not logic . I'm done the worst ever

Hello Support, Let me know how can I use UPbit Exchange, I am facing below issues. First, I am looking for a Steem Dollars, deposit and trade In About us section, you mentioned "Upbit is the most trusted global standard digital asset exchange", Global means the interface has to be common for every person, but everything in your site is in Korean which is very highly difficult for other person to understand and have to convert sentences every time, then how this is Global Platform? From last 2 hour I stucked on Mobile verification process and not understanding what is requirement, what I need to do because everything in Korean and even it is not translating in other language, this is not good as per customer point of view, the site has to be friendly and not critical like spending an hour to find what need to do. I respect that you may prefer that Korean language is the primary, but when we talk in global how other can interact on Upbit site? From one of your comment I see you said "If you want to use the English version, please use "Upbit Global" on the Play Store.", I tried this after spending 2 hours on site, but after login into the App I Dont see Steemdollar(SBD) for deposit and trade. Now, I want to use Upbit and for SBD coin, but, 1. Unable to understand because Site Interface everything is in Korean language. 2. In mobile App SBD Coin is not listed for deposit and trade. You can tell me whether Upbit suitable for me or not. Yes OR No? If it is Yes then how? Response on this will be appreciated.

I deposited eth from argent wallet to my eth wallet on Upbit. Eventhough it has more than 48 confirnation, i never see upbit credited to my wallet. I need my fund, PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP! edit: problem responded and resolved quickly

Account Verificafion takes 10 - 14 hours and I got refused many times. It's slow and not really serious. This is my worst verification process experience.

This exchange has most of the features I want, a good range of crypto coins to choose from and I am very happy with it.

This is the worst, i tried to verify my account but got denied many times even if i followed all their instructions, very frustrating. Uninstall already.

Thank you for letting me know that I have to delete my suspicious app, in order to use this. But for god sake! You guys DOESN'T TELL ME WHICH APP I SHOULD DELETE! I have 200+ apps on my phone and deleting one by one?! God Damn it!
