When an unknown number calls you through UpCall, you can see who is calling while your phone is ringing, you can add subjects to your calls, make group calls, be informed of spam calls and search for a place which you do not know its number only by typing its name.

Caller ID: You can see who is calling when an unknown number calls you even the caller is not saved in your phone book. To take advantage of this feature, the person who is calling you must approve that his/her name details to be shared.

All Calls on One Screen: You can see all of your calls on one screen other than the call screen of your phone, for example, you can also see those who call you in your call records when your phone is turned off, unreachable or busy. You can easily see service notifications for your calls (e.g., you have been called when your phone is turned off, busy, the person you have called is now available, etc.) through the application.

Call with Subject: You can add a subject/note to your call and ensure that the person you are calling sees your note when his/her phone is ringing and answer your call. To take advantage of this feature, the person you are calling should also have the UpCall application installed.

Group Call: You can create a group on UpCall, call your contacts in the group with a single click at the same time and chat with them as much as you wish. You can also add other operator subscribers to a group call.

Smart Search: You can search for a place which you do not know its number only by typing its name, view its location on map and draw the route to that place.

Spam Call: When you receive a call that you do not want to answer, you can be notified through the alert without answering the call.

Emergency Numbers: You can easily reach emergency numbers and find and call the nearest pharmacies with a single click.

Do Not Disturb: Those who call you when your phone is open will hear the announcement “The person you call cannot be reached”, but you will see who is calling through notifications received.

When you make a group call, you will be charged your Turkcell voice tariff/package as if you had called all persons in the group individually.• If you have already subscribed to Turkcell call services, you can receive notifications also through the application.• You can benefit from the Haberim Olsun Package for a monthly fee of 2.99 TRY that will enable you to better manage your calls; informs you who called you when you were unavailable or busy or informs you when a person that you called, but could not reach opens his/her phone and if the person is busy, when he/she is available.• If you forward your number to another number through the application, you will be charged with forwarding service fee.
