Updates for Samsung & Android

it is spastic...it hijacked my phone while in the middle of a call. it wouldnt boot up, had the robot on the screen for 2 solid days downloading something that froze up. after multiple attempts at hard booting by removing battery, it still was locked on that frzen download screen. sprint store had to factory reset it, and 3 hours later it did it again...÷#/:€£€/÷@&?*^#$!!!!!!!!!

the app states that it will auto detect it doesnt does not give me a update even through the website which if i wanted to go on a website i would search for one but instead this app essentially advertises what it can do which i carnt see evidence of that. and provides links to click on thats it. useless piece of cr*p

I would not recommend downloading this app because I tried downloading a firmware and it says "download unsuccessful". Plus the ads on this app keeps popping up out of nowhere and it's kind of annoying.

I am changing my 5 star review to 1 star due to slower download speeds then samfirmware. keeps failing and every time I redownload it fails again. it dont work no more at all. waste of time.

There is no need to use this. The phone has a built-in update system. Use that. This is an untrusted third party. Many ad pop ups and ask you to pay for something that's absolutely free from Samsung.

This is by far the best way to download and update your Samsung device.I like to call it,Fast,Flawless,Free and of course Friendly. That being said i'd like to personally thank everyone involved. You've all made things so much easier for me and i just can't thank you enough for the outstanding work and generosity for making this possible. You Guys Rock!! app installed fine, however it keeps crashing when i tap firmware. could be a issue related to the S8 TMobile version, not sure.

So many ads it's annoying. The firmware downloads are always unsuccessful. The app doesn't work.

absolutely trash. no note 9 firmware. I go to ur website and a chat pops ups trying to act like a real person but just chatted gibberish and then sent me off to a donation page asking me to donate minimum 5 dollars o.0 The app has a lot of old firmware for older devices but not newer devices. Now they just trying to bum money off people..

Downloaded this app to update the firmware on my S5 and there is "none available". I was recommended to use this program to resolve a reboot problem my phone is having. Wish I could've tried it!

Not as listed! It is some kind of advertising for a lot of trash and as it says magazines and other garbage! Don't waste your time on this install!

pop up ads and it gave me a lower version of android to supposedly upgrade too. who still uses kit kat version when version is 6.0? clearly app messed up.

SPAM! I couldn't even get to the firmware update; it opened an app to download and crashed.

FYI...this is not an official Samsung update app. Stop using it now as there are security risks with this app and you shouldn't be charged for something that is already free on your phone.

Don't download this app, it's trying to scam you into purchasing firmware that's free to download!! This is a warning. I haven't installed app, but wanted to let you guys know.

I was hoping this app would update my samsung s6 to the s7 update but surprise surprise it didn't all this app does is tell you what phones have been recently updated i mean what even is the point in that??

Recently updated my phone now cant hide notifications on locked screen Before the update I was able to hide notifications on my lock screen but now either hide the notification totally or its open on locked screen useless

Nightmare! too many ads that expensive to remove. pay more then 8£ or its almost impossible to see anything!

Samsung S9+ Way too many ads. Most annoying is Facebook popups. Not enough value for the hassle.

Scam/fraudulent app. Read the Zdnet article about it before even installing it. The app shows only ads and wants money for something that is free. Avoid.
