This app is trash. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. You guys need to just copy BNSFs app because theirs actually works. One star, trash app, save precious memory on your phone and DO NOT INSTALL this useless app. You literally can't even look up the location of containers, the most basic of functions this app can't do, and checking 4 years of reviews it hasn't ever had that ability, 4 years! How is it possible that after 4 years you still can't search for a container?

The app currently won't allow you to update the parking location if its 'out of range' of the assigned spot. Well that might be all fine and dandy for the huge lots but not for the small lot in Stockton CA. Where there may be no spot within the range. I dropped my trailer in the next closest spot and the app wouldn't allow the change. So I went to the gate workers since there are no kiosks at this facility and even they couldn't update the location. Absolutely a stupid restriction.

Union Pacific computer system and the phone application suck. Works like communist system you have to do it twice.

GLOBAL 4. A map would be nice(no where is it posted where 01812 is). Outgating with the App only removes the need up type your License on the screen, you still need to type the seal, even if you updated it in the app. Time saving is negligible NOTE: You must have your screen at full brightness to use the IR scanner.

Good app when it works. Every time I attempt to ingate an empty I get the same "private unit return empty; reject at gate" normally I can click "check in" a 2nd or 3rd time and it will accept it but not always. Same thing attempting to outgate a chassis, scan the code and the kiosk says it's not a valid code. Have also come across a few chassis that didn't exist in the system so it wouldn't accept them in the app but was able to in/outgate the unit manually.

Always have to type in the info u did in app on the kiosk when out gating. Sometimes the kiosk will say the code u was given isn't valid if u read or type it in but do the opposite of what u previously did and it goes through. Still stuff to fix. Glad now they gave a bob tail in and out option so u can use the upgo lanes without having the office call ya on the phone to give you a warning

Nice when it works. Works great overall for pulling loads and empties out and loads going in, but since Global 4 started taking HMM containers, cannot ingate empties using the app. Get an error "Equipment not in ECQ". Especially a pain if forced to mispark, having to stop at Drivers Assistance to change parking location.

UP reps told me about it yesterday, I downloaded it last night. Used it for 2 loads out and 1 load in today. didn't streamline anything, just adds extra redundant steps. I don't see the point of using it except maybe when the ramp is low on empties.

It used to tell me I had a storage fee while checking in on the app. Now, for the past few weeks, it doesn't. I don't know I have a storage until I get to the outgate. Now I'm holding up traffic. FIX IT!!!!!

Works great for me, streamlines entry and exit and great for finding emptys when needed. I use it multiple times a day at Mesquite,Tx yard

Very bad working app, terrible,if i set my information to do ingate,why i need to do approval on screen one more time,and if i set container information on outgate,why i need enter manually one more time booking and scan my fingerprints I use bnsf app also,no issue,ingate and outgate very quick

Kiosk never picks up Barcode its useless i still have to touch the screen to input numbers manually. .very safety minded doing a virus outbreak

Why have us put the info in the app if we have to retype at the kiosk?? Instead of saving time we have to do it twice.

I've been trying to use it. but when it gets to location. I topped the location it sends to error. I've been trying many times. I'm done with it.

The app stop working on my Samsung phone, it worked perfectly, but it quit working not sure of the problem, I really need this app

If your equipment is not in EQU (???) can't use the app and ever to update parking location which are full all the time....

@kansas city There is no options for Bob tail in and out, also no option for empty/load location search containers and search way bill ....

The UPF is not faster than punching it in regularly they say the real time is lot faster ridiculous you go to G2G1 or G4 takes a lot longer it's not fast same time to just punch it into the kias

Please update the application! Out gate with chassis only barcode is NOT accepted at computer terminal ! Thank you!

Cant use app ...it wont set up profile....travel back and forth across states figure might try intermodel

Equipment on DIT worthless, no working scanner, no working finger print, even if you enter any change on out gate workers dummies still ask for seal numbers

please fix the bugs... updated monthly poorly service and security guards look at me I'm retarded dont know have used the UPGo app 😡

since the app started it takes 3 times longer to get in or out of the UP.

This app rocks, just need it to at least have an empties list for UP Los Angeles
