One glaring issue that needs to be addressed. When you open a task in Upkeep and enter the answers, they will be erased (return to their default state, like "select answer") when you rotate your tablet/phone, so the only real way to use upkeep is when you lock your phone/tablet's screen rotation setting.
Don't have enough room to tell everyone not to use this.. load time are too long, if it even loads. Then if it loads, good luck with uploading pics and comments.. currently can even get it to open..Support? Not from them. Don't not pay for this.
Been working to get things setup and now it's forcing an upgrade to paid version but it doesn't even tell you how much...
I used to have nothing but great things to say about upkeep! However, after waiting weeks for simple glitches to be fixed, and always being blamed for the problem, I have grown tired of their lack of customer service/support. I will not recommend this service any more. Medium sized company (over 100 employees) Using the upkeep system for almost 2 years Paid subscription Reply- I have contacted upkeep but to no avail. This issue still has not been resolved.
It takes so lo g to do anything in this app. Here are the issues with just typing. Randomly skipping to the beginning of the work order. Randomly deleting everything you have typed in. Randomly disconnecting while typing and booting me out when I am connected to a wifi and standing still. Randomly deciding to not add photos until the app is uninstalled and reinstalled. Randomly clearing the signature pad. And trust me when I say "randomly".
Great tool for a small team! We currently use the free tools to help our team manage odd jobs on site, its great for the team to report issuea when they see them. Once a problem has been reported its super easy to create a work order and assign it to individuals or teams who get a message when jobs have been assigned to them. Its really made our team more effective and efficient.
It's a great app to keep everything organized, inventory and staying on top of your work. There are features missing that would be helpful and we've already been in contact about them. Overall it's great. Of course there is some bugs, I feel like they are usually on top of those things.
Great app that allows me to manage 3 properties at once. Prioritizing work orders is simple and efficient. Makes work manageable with multiple features that allow me to customize the experience to my needs. This is a good investment for any business no matter the size or number of employees you're trying to manage.

Brilliant! This app makes our maintenance easy for technicians and workers, preventing expensive downtime and losses. Very easy to use and adopt but so powerful and lean! I can't believe we were handling maintenance in different, buggy ways before! Thanks for this essential solution!

This is app is absolute essential to manage multiple properties and associates. It allows the people in the field to report problems which saves time, money and potential property damage. It is easy to use and the support people are right there if you need them. Love the app!!
Ty for your quick responses great app, gives you 7 day premium free trial and allows you to keep free plan. I'm not a business or I'd use this app w premium features. HIGHLY recommended for their support team assistance and immensely useful app features. I suggest this to anyone that has a small business as they have incredibly useful features. I will keep their free version and see how it goes but my rating stands either way bc of fast CS replies. Only app that doesn't charge when trial ends.
I use this system for mechanical maintenance. It is still evolving in that direction, but it is already useful. The support is friendly and helpful. The integration with mobile devices is very handy. Well priced and very helpful.
I've used a few different CMMS systems in my career... MP2, Maintenance Connection and Tab Ware, in my opinion UpKeep is the most operator friendly system yet. Does almost everything I want it to, and the things it doesn't makes sense. Great app, has helped me and my staff organize and document our work orders, employee teams and the customer service has been amazing. Highly suggest, do try.
It's a good maintenance requests app for large facilities and companies. Easy to use and understand. Ability to include messages and details with each work order. Notifications and reminders are a nice feature.
This app is perfect for what I need it for. As a superintendent this app help me a lot and less PAPER orders notes. It keeps organize all my jobs. The remainder is perfect. And this is just the free to try version. Definitely I will get the one user full version.
The app is extremely useful. However it does come with a hefty yearly cost. The most recent update fixed the constant crashing while trying to share so i changed my initial review. Thank you for the update.
This is the greatest tool since magnetizing screwdriver bits. I am currently trying to get my organization on board, but I am a lone IT wolf in a land of non IT people. The app is super easy to use and couldn't be easier for a technician or a manager. Good job guys!
Upkeep is worst app I ever used. Complete waste of time. Multiple problems. Multiple nonsense. To many issues for that simple app. Uploading more than two photos at the time is impossible. If you go between portal to landscape deletes all the information you working on. Clocking the time is not intuitive. Drop down menus regularly don't works. Issue goes on and on....I don't even want to mention the desktop version, it's even worse. Using Upkeep is worst part of my day. Without exaggeration.
