Fairly quick and painless experience over all. Provider was decent and wait time was not bad at all. Only con was horrible feedback during the call which made it annoying to try understanding each other sometimes. All is well that ends well, tho. will definitely use the app again wherever the need may arise.

Immensely difficulty in getting a credit card accepted. 3 separate cards and multiple attempts. Once that was done waited in line only to have to video and audio feed freeze. Had strong cellular and wifi connection (with excellent ping and data throughput). All in all a large waste of money and time.

UPMC rocks in real life, their IT is not so much fun. The number of times I got an error message; if they were dollar bills I'd own a good chunk of the profits. Error message after error message no matter how carefully I entered sensitive information. I gave up trying to get a Virtual Appointment. Found out they had my information entered incorrectly and guess what, I had to engage a person to fix it. Including an email and a phone call and a lot of headaches.

I tried the video appt. I dont mind waiting. Honestly an hour & 1/2 isn't bad when youre home & not doc office. So the convenience of it (in theory) is a wonderful idea. The 2 attempts for an appt were more headache than necessary. 1st attempt I was kept waiting with 1 person in front of me for nearly 2 hours. 2nd try the 6 patients before me went fast. My turn and the doc cant get video working and cancels on me - no phone call. This isn't a good tool if the med staff cant operate the tech.

I can never get the video connection to work on this app, yet have no problems at all connecting to virtual visits on the MyUPMC app. I have no idea why this app never works. Providers never called me back after they cancel the call, so a waste of time.

I couldn't login after I created,tried to reset the password multiple times,didn't work.called the customer service multiple times,they too couldn't help. I didn't receive any reset pwd email,to my account,wasted whole day ,and I am sitting sick at home.they have raised a ticket for this problem ,and am still waiting as it didn't allow to reregister as well. What is the use of this app? Which is not working when I really in need of it. Poor app.

Hangs then you have to start over. If you leave your phone for too long (1m) it locks you out and you have to start over. Finally waited in line and it sat there for 10 min failing to connect. Ux is not well thought out. Terrible.

My provider was extremely helpful, professional, succinct, and to the point, while making sure to asses all of my needs, and concerns, down to the level of detail that I need, for a calmer state of mind. Very helpful and informative on the many different things that could possibly be wrong. Very nice doctors and little wait time. I also like the fact that no matter how big or small of an issue you are having to contact the doctor they never make you feel like you are wasting their time. They are very kind, caring and polite and they explain what may be wrong in ways that you can understand. I feel this is one of the most helpful apps UPMC providers for their patients. I honestly feel very leery about all this and also i dont think it is being very honest as a chronic care patient of my personal MD. Dr. David Tucker... I have very much high respect for him because he is a very caring, and a complete genious!! I have been with my Dr. for over 10 year's now!!.. He has been great and i have been great and able to be seizure free and anxiety free majority of the time! Plus ive got some horrible spinal scoliosis along with arthritus through my whole back.

Tried 4 times to connect. Wasted an hour, very frustrating. Three times the doctors canceled the visit because it wouldn't connect. Once the doctor finalized the visit even though it didn't connect.

Pretty convenient. I sat in my living (waiting) room before my visit. As long as you provide them the information they need it's very useful and convenient.
