Fairly quick and painless experience over all. Provider was decent and wait time was not bad at all. Only con was horrible feedback during the call which made it annoying to try understanding each other sometimes. All is well that ends well, tho. will definitely use the app again wherever the need may arise.

Immensely difficulty in getting a credit card accepted. 3 separate cards and multiple attempts. Once that was done waited in line only to have to video and audio feed freeze. Had strong cellular and wifi connection (with excellent ping and data throughput). All in all a large waste of money and time.

UPMC rocks in real life, their IT is not so much fun. The number of times I got an error message; if they were dollar bills I'd own a good chunk of the profits. Error message after error message no matter how carefully I entered sensitive information. I gave up trying to get a Virtual Appointment. Found out they had my information entered incorrectly and guess what, I had to engage a person to fix it. Including an email and a phone call and a lot of headaches.

I tried the video appt. I dont mind waiting. Honestly an hour & 1/2 isn't bad when youre home & not doc office. So the convenience of it (in theory) is a wonderful idea. The 2 attempts for an appt were more headache than necessary. 1st attempt I was kept waiting with 1 person in front of me for nearly 2 hours. 2nd try the 6 patients before me went fast. My turn and the doc cant get video working and cancels on me - no phone call. This isn't a good tool if the med staff cant operate the tech.

I can never get the video connection to work on this app, yet have no problems at all connecting to virtual visits on the MyUPMC app. I have no idea why this app never works. Providers never called me back after they cancel the call, so a waste of time.

I couldn't login after I created,tried to reset the password multiple times,didn't work.called the customer service multiple times,they too couldn't help. I didn't receive any reset pwd email,to my account,wasted whole day ,and I am sitting sick at home.they have raised a ticket for this problem ,and am still waiting as it didn't allow to reregister as well. What is the use of this app? Which is not working when I really in need of it. Poor app.

Hangs then you have to start over. If you leave your phone for too long (1m) it locks you out and you have to start over. Finally waited in line and it sat there for 10 min failing to connect. Ux is not well thought out. Terrible.

Good app. Usage flow is smooth. It made sense, intuitive. Audio was a tad low and couldn't figure out how to crank it up.

My provider was extremely helpful, professional, succinct, and to the point, while making sure to asses all of my needs, and concerns, down to the level of detail that I need, for a calmer state of mind. I will absolutely be using this l again in the future. This is everything I've ever wanted in an urgent care experience. 10/10, and will be reccomending.

App is terribly unstable

Very helpful and informative on the many different things that could possibly be wrong. Very nice doctors and little wait time. I also like the fact that no matter how big or small of an issue you are having to contact the doctor they never make you feel like you are wasting their time. They are very kind, caring and polite and they explain what may be wrong in ways that you can understand. I feel this is one of the most helpful apps UPMC providers for their patients. Thank you for this app!

So quick and easy. The only hitch was, my doctor had never heard of my particular combination of symptoms, lol. But she was really nice and I had all the time in the world to ask questions and I liked how quick and straightforward the app was and that it gave the complete cost upfront.

I honestly feel very leery about all this and also i dont think it is being very honest as a chronic care patient of my personal MD. Dr. David Tucker... I have very much high respect for him because he is a very caring, and a complete genious!! I have been with my Dr. for over 10 year's now!!.. He has been great and i have been great and able to be seizure free and anxiety free majority of the time! Plus ive got some horrible spinal scoliosis along with arthritus through my whole back.

Tried 4 times to connect. Wasted an hour, very frustrating. Three times the doctors canceled the visit because it wouldn't connect. Once the doctor finalized the visit even though it didn't connect.

Provider was wonderful but video not good. First time I was able to get to the doc video failed and call was dropped. Second time provider could see me but I could only see black screen

I could not find an appointment for months from now and I would have had to drive to it. This saves me gas time and the appointment is only 2 weeks out. Would highly recommend using this app!

Quick and simple to use. Not many providers online most of the time in my area, but the one that always is online is professional and friendly.

It was good medical care. Just a little awkward the whole computer process but I am older and not very proficient with all this technology!

Not bad...just strange to talk to some on the phone and they give u medical advice. But so much better than guessing what you may have by searching online. That aspect it's really nice. So just keep taking over the counter meds.

Very disappointed. When I put my member ID in a message tells me my information could not be verified. I called the number and they tell me they don't know why that is happening.

This has made non emergency issues more convenient to handle. instead of missing work to go to a doctors office. Very user friendly!

So grateful for this app during these unprecedented times, w/ COVID-19 wreaking havoc on our nation! Both my son & I have compromised immune systems but b/c of the anywhere care app, I didn't have to choose between seeking medical attention for my son & risk getting sick or not getting him seen by an MD. THANKYOU TO UPMC & the doctors taking their time to help us via this app! It worked beautifully, no interrupted connection, only waited 10 mins to see our wonderful MD-> couldn't be happier!

Pretty convenient. I sat in my living (waiting) room before my visit. As long as you provide them the information they need it's very useful and convenient.
