Features Include:
* PA Statewide Protocols — Supplies the full Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support Protocols, as published by the PA Department of Health, right at your fingertips. Includes links to medication information, other protocols, and tools directly from within the protocols.
* Drug Lookup — Provides concise information for the most common medications used by EMS staff, including: dosage calculators, route of administration, contraindications, possible side effects, and direct links to PA ALS and BLS protocols.
* GPS Locator — Pinpoints your location with precise coordinates and integrated maps, where available.
* Hospital Directory — Displays a list of regional hospitals, including contact information and web addresses.
* GPS functionality has been added to this application that will conveniently send incident coordinates to the Stat MedEvac Command Center. This will allow for greater pre-flight coordination and preparation for life-saving medical responses.
* The ability for users to take advantage of selecting and sending additional coordinate points when requesting a medical helicopter from Stat MedEvac.
* The ability to send EKG read outs to destination hospitals.
* Quick Call — Presents a one-touch option to quickly call either a custom Medical Command number or a primary number that you define — from anywhere in the application.
* Continuing Education — Provides a calendar of upcoming events and educational opportunities. Coming soon: On-the-go participation in educational programs.
Please note that all standard Stat MedEvac Command Center request procedure protocols must be followed and completed to best coordinate submissions.
ActivationTo activate this added functionality, qualified users will be required to complete a one-time registration form in the “Settings” tab that will allow their smartphones to communicate with the Stat MedEvac Command Center.
Once activated, the new “Request Helicopter” feature will send the user’s current location to the Stat MedEvac Command Center. The user will receive confirmation that these coordinates have been sent.

Glad it finally got updated, I like the protocol setup that it was previously before though as it was easier to read. Not some kind of uploaded paper document with the outline of the protocol. None the less, it's what is needed!
Used to be great, desperately needs to be updated, significant protocol changes since last update. I love that you can open protocols in the app without internet, but it's useless when they've changed so much since last update.
This app was downloaded today and still has the old protocols on it. I have a newer Android and every time I opened anything a warning stating this app was for an older Android and to check for an update. Last update was 2018. Protocols have change significantly since then! Very disappointed! Deleted it already.
Useful app when it worked, but protocols arent updated and cant display anything on the latest version of android, so it's essentially useless. Update this thing!
Doesn't work on Android P, definitely needs that update since you can't even view the protocols!

*update i have a new phone and the is now even more broken than it was. nothing will even open in the app. Protocols need updated. **Update apprently still no plans to get this app working for the newer android systems. Would give zero stars but it doesn't want to let me.
Currently not up to date with my Android phone. They need to do a major update. AHN's app works UPDATE 5/22/2019 STILL DOESN'T WORK on my Android phone. Google Pixel 2 XL
As of 9/27/2018 it is not functioning on my Android phone. This was a great tool, before someone broke it.

Needs updated for Android.
I have the iOS version of this app and it's great (most importantly up to date). However the Android version is extremely out of date and missing a lot of protocols. I really hope it gets updated soon so I can give it the 5 stars it deserves.
One of the nicest ways to get the PA protocols on a smartphone. Sadly the APP broke and you can't access the protocols anymore.
The send stat function does not work with my phone unable to find anywhere that says settings to register my phone

The app used to be perfect. Didn't need internet connection, and opened the protocol up in the app itself. Now, it hasn't been updated since 2018 and isn't even compatible with newer Android devices. For such a big conglomerate, you'd think this would been updated .
