The app takes me to the open page but tapping "log in" or "register" doesn't do anything. But tapping the Terms, Policies and Nondiscrimination will open just fine. App is unusable in its current state.

Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

LOVING the ease and convenience!

Sure, I can see my Member ID number but that's it. When I try to look up doctors, hospitals, anything, it always says "no results". Tried to pay my premium through the app. It doesn't show how much or any info. It looks almost like the page isn't done loading but it never changes. What's the point in having the app when you can't use it? Also have issues with the website. I created an account but again, can't get any info because it usually says "no results". Cooooooool.

Tried this app for the first time today (have had this insurance plan for several months now, just never needed access to this). Must say I am very displeased. Every time I try to create an account I get an error message. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app to no avail. I see that many people are having various issues and I'm highly unimpressed with the lack of fixing anything. Please do better.

UPMC rocks in real life, their IT is not so much fun. The number of times I got an error message; if they were dollar bills I'd own a good chunk of the profits. Error message after error message no matter how carefully I entered sensitive information. I gave up trying to get a Virtual Appointment. Found out they had my information entered incorrectly and guess what, I had to engage a person to fix it. Including an email and a phone call and a lot of headaches. Guess I'd rather have them saving lives than making an app, but for the love of all that's Yinzy, don't offer a MEDICAL app and fail over and over and over.

Would not let me register for a new account. Have my ID card in front of me and input information correctly 5 times for the first step and it wont accept it to move on to the second step. Pretty sure I know my own social, DOB and member ID number. When I hit next, it stays on the first step and will not advance to step 2. Might be a system glitch but I restarted and redownloaded the app multiple times and it still doesnt work. Was looking forward to using this app but I guess I cant.

Not working AGAIN! Worked maybe a week after last update. Won't get past the login. Just switches back and forth from the app to the web login page. Please change the login process back to the way it was where we can create a PIN.. My UPMC app is like that this should be too.

Crashes regularly. But worse, you get a warning before you sign in that by opening in the app your information may not be safe. Then pretty much takes you to the web page to sign in. Might as well just go right to it. Bad creation of an app.

Haven't been able to log in so I ended up uninstalling it. No point in having an app you can't even use. I was so excited to finally have an app to manage paying premiums instead of having to log into the website every time too!

God awful. I'm a computer literate person and the interface on the desktop site and the app are so difficult to navigate. I couldn't imagine being an elderly person and trying to do this.

Can't log in. Created an account on the desktop website first. Saw they had an app and thought, "seems convenient". Can't even log-in on the app. Which makes it utterly pointless. Waste of space and time.

Worked for awhile... Now it redirects me outside the app when I try to log in and hangs when I go back to the app. I cannot access my information as a result. Reinstalling the app results in the same behavior.

why is a payment plan buried. you'd think that's on the first page. your insurance is horrible in EVERY aspect

wasnt able to view almost anything on my app. Super slow start up and sometimes would time out before I was even able to view anything.. not so great of an app.

Unable to log in to the app. It keeps saying "we have encountered an unexpected error." I even installed then reinstalled it.

Will not let me login. Everytime I open the app it just freezes and I can not click anything to sign in. I have uninstalled and downloaded several times.

Gives you an error when you input your requested information then try to submit it. The ratings for this app are very accurate. UNINSTALLED permanently.

After latest "update" the App won't let me login. I enter my username and password and it just keeps returning to the login screen.

I have installed this app several times but cannot log in I keep getting error messages. I dont know why but the app does not work.

I've never had any issues. The chat feature has been very helpful figuring out prescription authorization issues.

No I would not recommend this. This is so hard to register. Your appt does not work. I called and no help there either. I don't think he even knew what is was. Y is it so hard to just register

It locks up. Whenever I log in it goes to the same page about family deductible and locks. Useless as an app.

Wont let me log in. I enter username and password, screen flashes then sends me back to login page. I've changed my password, still wont let me log in.

I'm having major complications finding a practitioner in the area since the application keeps listing many doctors that claim to be accepting new patients, but in reality, none of them are.
