It constantly turns the away status back off. You put the dates in that you are unavailable & it saves it for about 1 week then it turns you back on as available. You will start getting leads, but since you are not available & you can't attend to the leads it brings your rating down. Other than that working with UpNest leads is great.
Buggy app. Again, it's not working. Just had an Android update the other day, maybe that was it. All my other apps are fine. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Cleared data and cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, now just hangs on startup.
They disable your vacation and away status on the app and website so they keep sending you referrals, even if you're not able to take any new clients at that moment. If you don't respond, your rankings drop and you don't get any new referrals when you are able to ramp back up.
App was easy to install and use, no issues so far. Great addition and makes responding to leads or providing updates while busy or when not behind a computer a lot easier. Thanks.
This app has never worked properly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20. It opens but keeps freezing on the second screen describing what is new. Before it worked but I could not add updates. Can anyone help?
App is constantly buggy. I cant use any functions on the app and it is never fixed with updates. I can only use upnest on the computer.
So easy to navigate check client status all in a flash. No long loading times. Just click and go!
It won't allow me to submit an update and leads will come in over night when your 😌 but UpNest still dings your responsiveness rating. The app has issues!

Upnest provides quality leads and had superb customer service. The area of improvement is sharing emails and phone numbers as it is difficult to get thru to leads without this

The app will not allow me to view what I'm typing, and other bugs/errors. I have to do everything from the desktop version. In addition to the bugs; so far we haven't received any legitimate leads that materialized from this site after prompt follow-up, and being a highly experienced broker. The referral fees seem very high too, as well as the agents commissions needing to be lowered to compete with the discount level agents. Would love to update this review once improvements have been made
