The Stew Project's UPNP Port Manager for Android allows you to manage all ports on a router directly from your Android device. Forward ports, delete mappings, see everything.
There is no need to use a browser to connect to the router's Admin console. Do it all from your phone! This app is excellent for gamers or anyone that needs access to the router to perform port mappings.

Also, routers may not show you all of the ports that are currently mapped! Gaming devices, SKYPE etc. dynamically open up ports that you may not even be aware of -
