As a regular player and agent in this app, here is my feedback: The app playing experience is good. It's visually appealing and the agent management system is awesome. But most importantly the weekly mantainance is really unnecessary. Yes I understand that you are trying to create a much better playing experience, but it only adds more negative impacts: slower loading time after each mantainance, and decrease in players traffic because this app is always on mantainance on peak hours in weekly

This app offers a wide variety of poker game selections and IMO hands down the most popular poker playing app with a simple, user-friendly interface yet rich in unique features that separate itself from competitors. Card generation is also realistic and simulates real-life playing. The customer support is friendly and helpful too. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a good poker platform to play in.

Frequently freezes or restarts on own for both Android and iOS. Deals strange combinations too frequently -- and deals to trap players into losing (eg AK KK and 99 in a single hand and deals a 9 on the board to let the other two parties loose). No rule of probability vs frequency is maintained -- somewhat ruins your regular poker skills. Takes time to load. I use it just because there is no better option.

Out of the three poker apps I have seen and tested...this one is by far the worst one. For every chip transaction you get one chip taken while others take less than one chip. This one does not give you the option to straddle, ev chop, run it multiple times. The table settings is horrible because there is not really any option to change anything. This game does not have any dealer's choice table from switching to NL Holdem to PLO. The only thing that I like we're multiple tables on one screen.

I manage a club on this platform & have to say it's a really good app. It ticks a lot of boxes when organising poker games for friends. It's very simple & user friendly for players. One of the many things I like about the app is the animation of the declaration of the winning hand at showdown. This is of great value from a visual perspective. Another thing I like is the Chop Deal function where the last 2 or 3 remaining players in a tournament can use this function to negotiate a deal regarding the remaining prizepool. As a club manager, the cost of managing a club on Upoker is more competitive vs managing a club on PPPoker or PokerBros. The Upoker technical team are always striving to be innovative & regularly release app updates every Wednesday to ensure a positive experience for all their users.

Pot raise suggestions should be on screen except all-in to minimise call time decision. It would make player to call immediately if he sure. Tapping plus symbol and then raising is not a great way to raise. Also after show down, everyone's cards are not shown. Cards of players who called River should be shown after show down

It crashes when loading,I have deleted and download several times,fix this glitch. Not compatible with Android version 10

I think its a great game its fun you get to use awesome emojis while u play and much easier to get better hands than most poker sites allows you to play with your family and friends and helps you become a better poker player overall i would diffinetly recommend it to others

Alot of the private club players are obviously cheating. Ie getting raised on the flop to their entire stack they will call for stuff like a backdoor flush that is 10 high. And this in Omaha where a higher flush is easily possible. I'll be uninstalling this it's hacked typical Chinese behavior.

Its 2021 how did u create an app thats not operational on internet via WIFI!!! Im just saying this is ridiculous....it only works on your cell phone data ....DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!####

Connections and delayed system responses can jeopardize your game and money in play. It's a decent app but I have had 3 issues within the first weeks play.

One of the best poker apps, used to have a club in pokerbros, but upoker is much easier to manage and life have been much easier since i move here.

works on my phone though with occassional log-in lag. However unavailable for download on my tablet. Will change rating once available for download on other devices.

One of my favourite poker app so far, been running a club here for 1 year, not much problem and when you contact their customer support they will be very helpful to solve your issue

Stuck at 0% on Samsung note 5, tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, didn't work.

The best poker app compare other app , the UI and UX are superb. Very comfortable app with very helpful and supportive customer support. 👍

A sloth can walk faster than this app. If you going to updates constantly then make it better NOT WORSE!!!

There is a new bug that your cards theme isnt being saved and every new table that you open you need to select it again

Able to deal with bugs very quickly. Usually solves problems within an hour.
