I think that this and other apps in the range really do provide an easy way to have a regular pre-determined work out set out for you to do. It removes the anxiety and stress of having to do it yourself. Videos and explanations of the exercises would be a great addition.

I've been procrastinating my work out for some time because I had no guide to effective work out until I found this outstanding workout app. It's absolutely wonderful. The timing and voice coaching are also incredible. This app has helped me since day one! Thanks to the developers once again,great job!! Please keep it up!
very easy to use and really fun exercices to do ! there is a huge variety of exercice available and you can customize quite a bit your workout. I easily get bored so this is a perfect app for me as the exercises changes quite often
Fantastic workouts tailored to your individual need. One of the best workout apps on the market. I'd offer better customization of workouts and a package deal for all the apps offered by Fitify. Great work, keep those improvements coming.
It's a great expirience, I feel that the training is working, but it will be if you can put some soundtrack. The music gives you an extra energy while you're working out.
A good range of exercises, a few different target areas that you can work on. You can change the amount of time that you workout for and ads only appear once you have finished so your routine isn't interrupted.
The app is great but the app need a better resting period. The rest time is very short , I've been using this app for 4weeks know but im still not able to complete the the whole workout.
A great addition to my training routine. As a senior trainee it's helped me a lot to keep in shape and jmproved my cardiovascular strength

Really like this app. Only thing I would probably change is there are a lot of similar exercises in each section, other than that I think its very good. Also worth buying the premium version 👍
Great range of exercises. After a workout you can tell the app how it went and it will modify the next one to suit your needs.
App is clean and visually appealing. The videos of people demonstrating the exercises is really helpful because normally we would google the exercises to even have an idea of "spider push up..."
Great everyday app to get toned. It doesn't have much with using weights, but you can add that to the existing work outs. Really great for beginners too! Highly recommend!

This app provides flexible duration and rest periods for various stages of upper body development. I appreciate the mix of workouts for work schedule and modification needs. The videos with each exercise insure the technique is safe and provides manageable routines.
Thorough workout. No equipment. As a total beginner who has ignored upper body strength for many many years, I have found this app a good place to start.
Good app. And I like the animation or video. Make workout easy. I feel like I am doing the workout with a friend.

Excellent app, especially the high intensity cardio! i used this to get my cardio up in training for my black belt test. i passed & i realky think this app got me in shape for it.

Good app but honestly it's just all pushups.. Surely you can add some different excerises. I had pushup and pike 3 times in a row.. I mean seriously?
This is a good workout app, but I feel it could be better if you give a specific number of reps to do, instead of just giving time and telling us to go. Other than that it's good
Great App, started seeing real changes after two weeks when I consistently followed the process with a starting time frame of 5minutes for a week and continued with 10minutes the next week. Now in my third week and it's really looking pretty good. Thumbs up 👍
