Used this app before in advance setting as my pre workout or my alternative days training and it's spot on. The timing system per rep is great. My only suggestion is a 5 to 10 second break before each exercise to familiarise yourself with the up coming exercise or to grab your weights if coming from a body weight exercise to hand weights. Otherwise it's spot on
