Tough but worthwhile. Monotone 1-2, 1-2, 1-2 count was dreadful to endure as the reps increased towards day 30. I'd turn on music or TV for a background distraction. But the challenge was enticing. I give myself 5 stars for sticking with it!
I like the app. It has some arm workouts the other apps don't. One thing I'd love to see improved is the option to end exercises earlier as needed (too hard, or want to make work out shorter on that day). Thank you.
I think the app is great! I don't give it a five because the beginner level is not that beginner. May be they'd like to reconsider Jack planks as a beginner exercise =') I really struggled with it.
This is an awesome app to get in some workout into daily schedule. Its flexible, easy to use and customized according to fitness level. Thumbs up
Its a great exercise app. It lets you see your results. It also has a voice telling u when to put your arm up and down, that type of stuff. Great app!
Just started this workout app. Like that its able to be customized with weights and targeting body areas etc. Timer does sometimes freeze when using but i generally enjoy working out with it. Thx
Voice assistance need to be improved, And also skip and pause options need to be improved. overall a helpful good creation especially during the lockdown.
Just what I needed for shaping great! But, there is no next button to pass the current exercise. Also when pause an exercise it starts from the beginning.
To be honest, if ur looking for upper body workouts I really think this app is the best for you if I'm being honest. It's a really great app and everything u need is surely in it
its a great app because its free and your able to custamize your workouts and make them easy or hard and not only that they even let you pick the reps aswell and alsothey give you a chart of yoyr progress and the workouts are kills becuase like i did the easy ones in my routines and then i worked up a great sweat and also my arms are pritty worked out and feeling a little like wet noodles lol which is a great sign of getting a good enough work put for that section of the body n id use again
Wonderful app... y'all should really get it.. I wish I could exclude the dumbell exercises 'cause I don't have one.. so, it kind of limits how many I do for the 30 day challenge
Nice app, it is written how to do the exercises, has a voice to guide you and a reminder.
I know it's free, but.... I'd like to be able to edit my workout sets rather than have to delete and readd if I want to change something
Every exercise repeats too much...50 times for only one exercise!!!!! If we have more exercises but repeats less than this one its better...
Simple easy and to the point, I only wish I could find the same app for legs and abs.
The app is great it's just that it requires the use of dumbbell and I don't have it. I think you should also put something that can be used instead of a dumbbell
I love that they have 30 day routines for you to do without you actually setting it up yourself. Very helpful app.
Easy to use. Focused training to do whenever you have time Too many ads but I recommend it!
A great app. Very helpful. I love the animations plus the reminders. Good job
Great app very pleased to have completed 30 days would have like a whoo. Also would like a harder 30 days to follow
Very effective app, and I love the fact that you get the option of creating your own workout routine
I love the way that it allows you to pick your own routine as you as a person know exactly what you want. It's amazing!
5 days into this app, l am adjusting, not easy, not hard .... doable, l am willing to go the full hog.
Love it! excellent short workouts to get some targeted arm work into my schedule!
This is great for those just starting out. I enjoy having so many options and working at my own pace.
Helpful. Selecting my workout for the day makes this app personal.. It works if you work it.. Thanks guys
It's OK. They need to do a better job of putting their workouts together so the intensity is a gradual incline and not a jump. Also, during the rest periods do a little more than just describing the next exercise. Put in the name. How many reps. I use this time to prep for what's next.
