Upper Cumberland FCU

Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union was originally chartered in 1935 as Carter Inx Folx Federal Credit Union. The name was changed to Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union in 1955 when the community charter was approved. With membership now open to three counties (Bledsoe, Cumberland, and Fentress) the future is promising for the members of Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union.

Worst banking app I have ever used. Has problems loading constantly and locks up. Then when you try to reload the app. Its stuck on the page it froze on and will not change.

I have to instal then uninstall cant get the mobile banking to work. Says url not found on this server. Had no issues for a long time but mow it wont work! Called the bank and they tell me nothing is wrong, well yes there is!

I try to create a login so I can use the app. It moves me to the terms and conditions page with no way to confirm I've read and agreed to them, or back out to complete the form. It was difficult before you made the app, it's difficult now. Yall should hire some REAL developers.

It's a buggy app that requires reinstalling from time to time. It shows processed transactions, but not pending, and there is no running total. You have to sign in each time, which mimics the website and kind of defeats the purpose of using an app and could definitely use a fingerprint login for a higher level of security. Overall, it has potential, but needs work.

App wouldn't even let me log in, was mistakenly telling me log in info wasn't correct. Put it in multiple times and it was verified correct, and still won't let me in. Wish they would either set up ATM's to do after hour deposits, or make this app work. Other banks allow you to deposit checks and whatnot after hours, so maybe get with the program.

They wasted time making this app. Don't install it. It doesn't show pending transactions and I am constantly having to log back in when I change pages within the app. The website is just fine to use and I put a link on my home screen. Works so much better. UCFCU please scrap this app and pay someone that knows what they are doing to create a better one.

I usually have trouble signing in. Like the Credit Union itself - the app only works when it wants to.
