The app is very helpful and makes managing service easy.
Helps with electric problem's of all kinds. Billing, outage report ing, an i love outage map and explanation's of why out.
This app is okay if all you want to do is look at your account. The outage map and reporting outages function is horrible and clumsy if it is working at all.
great for reminding you of when your bill is due, you can keep up with how much electricity you are using month to montht. I find this app to be an awesome tool thanks
Great app. You can do anything online that's needed.
The app is okay but company is really slow at restoring electric. Cannot always report outage on app at times.

Won't let me access my acct says my acct nu.ber is not I'd and had had mocked out forever
Like the other review, I get no usage report. Haven't in a couple of months. Works on my wife's older I phone but not on my Samsung S8. It did work on it until about 2 months ago. Must be a problem with Androids. I reporyed this via phone about a month back but no improvement yet.
It will not show me my usage by day anymore. Has been out for a few months. Will update my rateing when this has been fixed.

When the acct is set up acct is set up properly its pretty user friendly. Dislike min and max useage rules.
Lags while loading usage info
Been using app for a while and have had no issues. But all of a sudden when trying to look and unbilled usage everything is just blank. All the graphs and such show nothing
