Be Aware! Known Car rental service information problem! My car rental company was posted as Ze car rental service so I grabbed the shuttle from Denver airport to E-Z car rental and was stranded because ZE is the Upside internal code 4 Hertz. Was a cold night and I had to walk a mile with all my luggage 2 Hertz to get my car. Upside said that I should not be seeing that code and that sometimes happens on the app. I was a bit upset but everything was fine from there on.
Easy to use app. The rewards are awesome. Team is very responsive and deliver a concierge experience. The only downside is reward points don't count for some major hotel reward programs like Marriott so sometimes have to book hotel separately. The most pleasant surprise was getting exit row seating on United flight right by plane entrance.
