Upstox Pro by RKSV

I tried to create an account on Upstox on the recommendation of a friend. However, their payment gateway is very poorly designed and their customer support is badly managed. After payment of the account opening fees, the payment gateway shut down and I received an error message. I've tried to contact their customer service by phone and e-mail, multiple times, over the last few weeks, but all in vain. No one picks up, and one phone number re-directs to the other. I've contacted the payment gateway and they've been quick to respond. However, since they only facilitate payments, they cannot do much in this case. The amount has been deducted from my bank account 3-4 weeks ago, and still no contact from Upstox. I've also tried to reach them on their social media account (Instagram), but to no avail. I cannot comment on the trading, but stay away for their account opening purposes. I've all the communication saved, if anyone wants to cross-check.

Absolutely what I was looking for. It is so user friendly. Not too much options, simple orientation and everything only in 1 or 2 click. Overall, faster performance without any leg, easy to use without any instructions, better customer support etc. It's really wonderful so giving 5 star. If possible, add the news segment in version also.

App is good. But there are no fundamentals tab in a particular stock. I've to apply the indicators in chart again by switching to full screen view. Option chain should be shown call and put both together and not by swiping to the other. Basket order (create strategy) should also be in orders tab and it should be with maximum of 10 orders instead of just 4. OCO is not working not even in web platform.

Kindly keep this old upstox, this is good. The new one is worst with unnecessary features - lots of white space between the scrips, absolutely no need for news section below the scrips, keep all the scrips available for scroll - don't put 'view all scrips', keep the add new scrip option on top of the ui. These are some changes I feel to be happened to make the new version better, then we can think of it.

This application is not at all user friendly. When i am creating a list or searching for any F&O it won't show the full description in the list therefore it is very difficult to to the call or put. It may result in delay in order or big loss. Upstocks needs to improve the application especial on display of the stocks. Sorry to say but new version of Upstock is not that much user friendly as compare to Zerodha.

Was the easiest to use app besides the limitations below. But now not using as there's no GTT. New app is disaster. Prev: Sometimes can not sell stocks - losing money. Could made easier: - in orders list, can't see cmp easily. On chart, too small font for value of share. Bottom right of chart, can't see the time n date behind the share icon. Suggesting : On watchlist,add a small (sticky) note where trader can note for future, ably with colours. Will help to grasp easily.

Worst app according to my experience. I have paid the subscription amount in October 2021, from then I am trying to open the account but cannot. I did more than 10 aadhar verification but of no use. After aadhar verification a page starts loading for long time and nothing appears then again open and do the same. There is no follow up from any executive till now. So for me this is the worst experience. Thank you Upstox.

Biggest scam as I have invested by looking the ease of use. But in reality it has been painful. I started with a small amount to take the experience and trust me it is worst. It has been a month since I have been trying to withdraw my amount and unable to do it. There are n number of rejections for unknown reason which is never explaind. Bloody scammers. All I want to is close my account which is also not possible for unknown reason. Raised so called the tickets still in dark about the status .

Completely pathetic about the customer. They are not even providing options to quit upstox. It is kind of forcing the customer to stay with upstox. I've cleared all my dues, still I couldn't able to close my upstox account. The "reason for account closure" and "close account" option are not functioning for me. In the mean time you are keep on piling up my account with negative balance. Very very worst experience. I've raised tickets 4 times but still there is no solution for this problem.

Worst app. Don't download and create account in this app. As this app/company charges you every month/year . And they won't allow you to close the account online. Lots of issues inside the app . Even raising ticket/issue you only get mail telling the steps to solve yourself. In step no any steps work perfectly. Worst experience.

I'm unable to add funds and it says that there is error. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times but no improvement. I'm disappointed. When I go to Add funds it shows me in red color "something went wrong. Please try again later AGDSB2009" It shows me this message from more than 8 months. Please resolve and provide me some solution.

User interface is very bad, can't search fund and stocks required. The list of funds and stocks are made in some order, who knows what it is. UI is not intuitive.

Looks like it's time to change broker now. Because, I am not able to see watchlist on any mobile device using my credentials. I raised ticket regarding the same but still Upstox not given any proper resolution on it. I don't understand why they're taking too much time for solution.

Poor customer services,at first I thought this is better but when I wanted my close my account because I have an alternative one, I'm unable to do it I have requested to close my acc on March but till now it has not been closed nor it had sent a message about my request status. I tried it in many ways but the service always says the same answer, they provide with the acc closure procedure but they don't understand the problem faced by me. I personally do not recommend this app for trading.😒

Document is not downloading.... It shows 96% done then it suddenly stops then and there and doesn't move.. Please fix that. I cannot open my upstox account because of that.. Please fix it as soon as possible so that i can open my account..

Login is not happening most of the time .. everytime when the app is opened it throwing error account is locked due to multiple failed attempts and unlock the account .. I cannot unlock the account everytime .. please fix this issue

Worst app Once you creat your account you have to deal it no matter you have time for trading or not. Same thing happening with me I have opened an account on this app just to know about trading but now I don't have time to focus on trading. And I am trying to close my account but I don't know what's goes wrong it went to the option but at final step when it ask "why you want to close your account?" That option "where I have to select no time to focus." Its not opening.

Worsen app, I had 3 holding but one of them is missing without selling them, I am trying to contact with upstox for asking a question, even they don't have that kind of query in their system, nd not provided contact no. So how a person can interact with them.

Never open your demat account of it. It is senseless to be part of this. In market there far better demat account service provider than this. In advertising, they are show open your account without any cost but in last process of opening account they ask for opening charges with is approximately 300/-. Without any doubt it has very good user interface but on the reference of student or initiater for share market, upstox is not a better option. I'm upstox user and not satisfied with your service.

One of the worst app that I ever see for trading , when I add fund in upstox wallet in this application through any way it always deduct extra money even through upi transaction too which is transaction free. Those who are reading this I recommend you please don't use this application for trading as well as investing. Really this is the worst app

The application is user friendly. ..and the services are also better. I have been using it for almost 8 months but the only problem that I faced is the functionality of Charts..... Please fix this issue.. It always shows technical errors ..because of this I have been using other charting softwares. The charts in Upstox always fades away showing regret that they are facing some technical problems. Please fix it. It's a kind request.

Third time i am giving their app 1 star. One reason is due to their pathetic customer support. Current reason is that i am not able to download my p&l tax report. I click on download and nothing happens after that. No customer care number and your bot is dumb. Provide better support. Raising a tkt fails with invalid captacha while there is no captacha, it only asks if you are a robot. How to raise a tkt? And no contact number, and bot is dumb. So basically if there is an issue, u r stuck.

This old version is far more better than the new. Hence, would request the team to delete the continuous popup of upgrading the app to a new version. My many friends are happy with the old app.

Surprising that your App doesn't have a proper interface to select Date of Birth. It's very irritating. I kept trying to select right way to choose year of birth or to type date manually, but in vain. Finally gave up

The customer support team is useless the no. is always invalid, the help and support team is not any worth it is nearly impossible to solve your problem. Delayed system of upstox causing error many times.

it's very fantasti.👌 I mean his feature's 😀 looks very cool.😎 easy Chart and here available multiple time frames and multiple tools also. but Some tools & some time frame are not 👎😔 available here. like- 75 min.,125 min.,& 240 minutes also.😪 So I suggest you 😏 please provide these time frames and tools. and make more easy for your Customer's. so they analyze the Chart properly. 🤗 Thank you 😊 From bottom of my heart ❤
