UpToDate for Android

Since the last update, the offline content could not be accessed. It asked for internet connection. But thanks to the prompt response and help. Issue of "Internet Connection Required" now solved. Thanks to the support team!!

Good source, but no horizontal orientaton support for tablets...? That's ridiculous and makes the app unusable on newer large screen tablets. The algorithms are nice, but often have to search through so many pages and subsections to find what I'm looking for.

Been consulting UTD since the single CD-Rom years... Nothing else comes even close. EDIT: App keeps stopping while initializing with latest update 3.46.3 even after complete data deletion or uninstall/install. EDIT2: Almost a week has passed and I haven't heard from support yet. EDIT3: Issue seems to have been resolved with update 3.46.4.

The last update (3.48.2) makes accessing offline content through search difficult (required Internet). But it can be accessed through contents. I will give 5 ⭐ if it get fixed.

Can't use the offline content on my tablet , idk why but the file keeps getting corrupted. I don't have the luxury of downloading it thousand times , why is this happening to me ? 😬😤

Offline content is not working on my Mobile..immediately after completing the download it shows a message saying: "There is a problem with your download content. Please download your content again.(md5)"...i have redownloaded multiple times but it showd the same message...please Help

I only have 4G data but when I want to download offline database it doesn't allow me and says you must be connected to WIFI. But I don't have access to WIFI. fix this and I'll give 5 star Edit: They fixed it so here is 5 stars

I'm on WiFi but the app can't download offline content, how do I fix this? Nothing is happening it says its downloading but no progress nothing happens. Where I am Internet can be scarce. The offline modules are really important to me

Since latest update app no longer has full functionality for offline content. The app states that there is a DNS error.

Offline download does not work.. Every time i use the app, i choose download both topics and graphics but it does not run and nothing downloaded however iam on wifi... Hope you solve this ASAP

Excellent resource, but i am having trouble with offline contents. Some topics requires wifi connectiom while i have fully download the topics and graphics. Please address this issue.

Can't search for content in the latest offline version and so content can only be accessed via the table of contents....when trying to open offline search results, it says "uptodate requires an internet connection to carry out this operation"

The web version is fine for me. But for some reason, i cant access uptodate via phone anymore. It said "this account doesnt have permisson to activate this device". Proly because i forgot the pass. And i dont know how to fix this, please send some help or reach me.

I'm a fourth year medical student and have been using UpToDate as a quick reference as well as an efficient portal for learning about a wide range of topics without having to manually assemble reviews papers or the like. While it isn't perfect, I can hardly imagine a more current, comprehensive, and easy to use general medical resource. Even in areas of content that are lacking, as indicated above, the well-cited articles provide an excellent starting point for any educational inquiry. I have one gripe that has been gnawing at me in recent weeks working ICU call. The app does not function with Android Dark/Night settings, and the app itself does not have a simple toggle to even invert the background and text colors. As a result, I'm greeted with a abrasively bright screen and white background when I'm trying to do some quick reading in the darkened wards and resident lounges of the hospital at night. For the overall quality, not to mention price, of this service, I would expect more flexibility in viewing options beyond a font scale slider. With any luck Wolters Kluwer will amend this oversight and add modest 'quality of life' features before long.

one of the most frustrating bugs in this app is in In split screen, when you shift to another app and back, uptodate ALWAYS scrolls to the top of the article, losing your place completely. if you were hoping to scribble down some values with your SPen or have a calculator, pdf, or EMR app open at the same time, just forget it. Ive been so frustrated by this in my workflow, I just use a different browser app and go to the webpage instead. Contacted support but zero help. on samsung note 8

I was having problem login into the apps, it wrote "Invalid account".

Its an excellent app which helps alot in patient treatment and learning and guidance of doctors

Downloading offline data it didn't resume from where it is stop .it restart from the beginning.

Very comprehensive. Very useful for Medical residents.

The application is great and i like most the smooth navigation between article and article and between sections of same article. I have a suggestion is that you can add an option to open many articles at the same time. It will be a great feature in the next version of the app!

It is excellent app but after updating the topics still it says new version topic available so please resolve this issue I updated the app today but after I downloaded the file still it said "download offline contents" so please fix it thank u.

I don't know why my device had been blocked from using utd I only used my tablet, phone and laptop surfing just like utd permitted. I've been having issues since 3 days ago and I'm frustrated

I use Up to Date on my job, and I thought it would be useful to also have the app on my phone. After I installed it I wouldn't give permission to allow access to my photos, media files, contacts, etc, so the app won't open. You don't need that level of access to my personal information for this app to work. I uninstalled because it's useless. I'll find another app that's just as good

I tried to install the app from both the email that promoted the app and Android Google play. It installs quickly, but can't be opened by either method. The app crashes. I see another user had the same experience. I like UpToDate. I'll try again someday when hopefully the app is fixed and ready for market.
