One off the worst airline ever they didn't even give refund to passengers, worst experience, they easily gives us coupon instead of Money.
I bought 2 tickets worth 76,322 ₽ and i recieved the mail from company on 13th March 2020 that my tickets had been cancelled that's it, no information about refund and I mailed the many times regarding my refund but till this date I didn't received my refund and now they simply say we can give you coupon but not your money and some of my fellow friends do recieved the refund and I'm still waiting.... Please refund my money
App wouldn't download. Impossible to purchase tickets if possess UK/US/HK, Japan and Australia cards.
the worest airlines i ever seen , if you travelling charter low chance to register online for bording , if you got chance to register and choose your place , you got on the on tje bording ticket another places !!!!!!
One of the worse experience of my life.i booked flight from dxb to rov and it got cancelled with in 5 hours of booking and there was no email sent and there was no sms.
The worst airlines I have ever seen, the agents who are working there are dumb as hell, they aren't even qualified enough to speak English, they were so rude, kindly, hire agents with better qualifications otherwise stay dumb as your agents. I almost lost 1000$ because of your stupid agents, who doesn't even want to help. I didn't even get refund for my ticket. I don't believe in God if it exist may God bless these kind of airlines and their agents with slightest of manners and etiquettes.

Worst flying company ever! I and two other people from same got 3-4minutes late according to ticket and we weren't allowed to board in and werent given any option money or other ticket! Im now sitting in domodedovo where i was supposed to take off to lisbon
I bought tickets of this company twice. Both times they cancelled the flights. Also, last time it was impossible to reach their support neither through app, nor through phones or site.
