This is well designed app with unmatched search speed. I used it since 2014 on a HTC One M8. Unfortunate the same version of app on my new phone, a Huawei P10 Plus running Android 7, the search function is broken. When a search is initiated, the app goes into a screen flashing loop that takes anywhere up to 30 seconds to stop. Update: The search function is now working fine after my phone updated to Android 8.

This is, by far, the fastest search engine for the Urantia Papers. Type in an obscure term like "dilmun" and it appears in a flash. The bookmark function is also great! When you hold your finger on a word, two slider bars appear which give the option of expanding or contracting the selection. The selection can then be used to either bookmark the item or start a new search. Once you've clicked around a bit, you'll definitely appreciate the uncluttered screen. Hope to see more great apps from this developer.

I have installed this app on various devices and it is working fine (on some of them running the earlier (4.1.x) versions of Android I had to disable the screen auto-rotation to reduce the search results "blinking", but that is a minor issue). The design of the user interface and the choice of features clearly indicates a very experienced professional, so there is nothing to comment here, except to say that it is perfect, thank you! Until the appearance of this app the only reliable way to search the Urantia Book on an Android device was to use a fast PDF reader (e.g. eazyPDF reader --- 3x faster than the official Adobe Reader) with the typeset Urantia Book PDF files. But with the Urantia Book Access app the search speed is much much greater --- it takes less than a second to search for "God" in the entire text vs 55 seconds it took to search the PDF file. UPDATE: All the minor glitches present when running this application on earlier versions of Android disappear with the move to Android 6.0. I confirm that on my UMI Super mobile running Android 6.0 this program is running absolutely perfectly!

I haven't used this much yet but so far the most useful Urantia Book app i have found. It would be helpful if the search options were on the main screen.

This app has been great so far--but now it has an annoying bug that renders it unusable when you do a text search. When you enter the search, it starts bugging out and keeps trying to turn the page through all instances of the searched text. It's awful because it gets stuck in a loop trying to pull different pages up for some reason. It won't let me do anything after that, it just freezes in the loop. I have to hit the home button then close it. That's half the reason I liked the app, for searching key phrases to learn about particular topics. But now I can't do that! This is a great app! Please fix this and I'll rate 5 stars gladly!

There is something wrong with the search engine. It keeps flashing for some time before it stops. I am using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Everything else is very good.

I am an avid UB reader but this app was unfortunately buggy on my 2017 android phone. Search did an infinite loop issue with flickering icons, and was very hard to get out of the app with back and home buttons blocked - search results not scrollable.... :-(

So very useful while studying the Urantia Papers. Reminds me of the my past constant use of my old worn out, king James concordance book. INDESPENSABL!

App is great, but it misses the bookmark option. And this is a big book :) found it. Thanks. Is there possibility to copy the text?

85:4.1 has "Greeks" mispelled as "Creeks". If you could make the correction for the next update that'd be great. It's misleading & I'd hate to see others being misled...thanks

Easy to read and search

The edition of the Urantia Book here includes the Standard Reference Text - ensuring accurate comprehension. Without unnecessary bells & whistles, the search function is well designed and user friendly ... making the App valuable and not distractive. Good on the Developers!
