WHAT IS APP FOR?
It serves to perform reservations and lock/unlock your bike.
Our app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices.
REGISTRATION
Download the app and register with your work email address to start using your corporate (e)-bike fleet today.
BLUETOOTH
The app is connected to the smart lock with Bluetooth. Please always have your Bluetooth on whenever you use the app.
LOCATION
Choose your location to find out which bikes are available for reservation.
BIKE SIZE/AVAILABILITY
Each location has a range of bikes that varies in size and model. Please choose the one you think fits you best.
SMART LOCK
As soon as you reserved a bike, you may lock and unlock the bike by simply pressing the locker down. No buttons, no confirmations, no hassle. The only requirement is the proximity of your phone to the lock as Bluetooth connection is a key. Leave your phone in your pocket or in your bag and handle your bike with your hands free. That convenient!
RETURN
After you completed your commute, please return your bike to one of the bike parkings defined by your employer. Choose the right final location of the bike in the App and confirm that the bike is locked.
DEFECTS
Upon the return you may also report a defect (if such occurred). Please choose on the suggested defects within menu.
