after applying the theme please reboot, its a known cm theme engine bugat the first time u can get some force closes on some apps thats a cm bug, one fc and its gone for good

The only problem I see is that on the home screen, under the time, it cuts out the day and month. I'm running CM13 on a Galaxy S3.

Great theme
In some of the apps there is black text with a black background. Two examples I can think of is in hangouts when you're trying to select attachment and in settings when you're looking at the battery
Things like the pulldown toggles and phone ui look great. Only issues are in certain spots like default apps to use where it says just once or always has back text on black background making it unreadable. And the section for the theme crashes theme engine when scrolling thru the theme's previews. Otherwise it looks awesome.
It's too dark in certain areas like during a call you can't see the numbers on the dial pad
