The app is easy to use. The pictures were exactly how my product looks. The installation team and support team and professional and patient. Good experience overall.
I raised a request for repair. They sent me a payment link for service. After the payment, link showed failed but the payment succeeded. Latet They send me a mail that technician visited and i have confirmed that service is done and closed the ticket. Now I check the order details they sent link with some mumbai address . No one called after bill payment nor anyone visited my home. I live in a completely different state from the delivery address. Bloody cheaters this service team.
Have bought a new house. The plan was to get the entire furniture from urban ladder for all the three bedrooms and the hall but looking at the pathetic experience so many customers went through and such negative reviews I am just thanking my stars that I didn't order anything fortunately. Thanks to the customers who took out time to write their ordeal!! Appreciate it. Deleting the app after 2 mins of download!
Very high pricing. Solid wood one's are way TOO COSTLY.If u r familiar with the material & identification,then,u can get the same at half of the urban ladder price in the market and that too is customisable. I thought I would get solid wood one's in cheap price here but no it is much more costlier than the market & 5 minutes later I uninstalled the app.
Bad..... constantly hangs. Also if you review a product often, it will automatically increase it's price.
They mislead the customers with wrong delivery time before purchasing the products. Once you purchased the product, the change the delivery date insanely by 1month. Peperfry has a way better service then these people. The customer support is also pathetic.
Very cheap quality products. Service is horrible. I received damaged table but they do not offer refund or return. I had worst experience buying from Urban ladder. Very disappointed.

I did not get any response for the option Video shopping. Have read lot of reviews where they are failing to deliver the furnitures on the decided delivery date. Customers are feeling helpless as the customer support is pathetic. I did try to connect with them yesterday through app/website chat messages where the response was not at all satisfactory. One thing is sure.. There customer care services are pathetic. Customer can buy items on thr own risk.
No proper coordination proir to executing my order.Lot oif scope for improvement. You are poor in communicating with the customer. You irritate the customer by repeatedly sendind system generated mail. Be more customer centric. I am hesitant frankly to buy again online from you.
I had worst experience of buying king sized bed, no return policy..no warranty..no service..dont get cheated by the beautiful pictures in their website..overall they are selling nothing but scrap with high pricing.
Never order anything from their third party vendors. i faced big delays and the product had a manufacturing defect. The team has been unresponsive and hasn't shared a resolution. There is no visibility or accountability.

It's been almost 10 days since I returned bed because nobody from urban ladder came to assemble it. Since then I am following with urban ladder for the refund. The most pathetic service i have ever experience.
Horrible experience, Products displayed on website doesn't match with the actual product , Customer Care is next level disaster.
Over rated in price, quality and collections.
Overall great service. For the cancelled item, Got the refund on time. The coffee table was delivered and assembled within the promised time window.
Decent app and service. For a 5 star review, refunds need to be quicker. Especially when order is cancelled within 30 mins of booking. App needs to be faster, and returns should be allowed like the old times. No questions asked.
Very professional service. As my town is not under serviceable area, delivery took a lot of time. But their service and quality of products are very good. Products delivered is exactly same as the design and dimensions as shown in the app. Even the materials mentioned in the app is same. Very much satisfied with the purchase of 2 upholstery cots. Worst app ever. Worst customer experience. Worst purchase experience. Wosrt everything. Made a purchase on sale 2 months . Queen size bed. Delivery date was give 1 month time period. Made payment and everything. After given delivery date, I waited 10days more . But I have no updates regarding the order, and on November 14, I got a call from some of their person... Saying that due to some UNREASONABLE ISSUES, THEY CAN'T DELIVER MY ORDER. AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CANCEL IT.Such cheap service.
the app is definitely broken. it gives you the option to create moodboard but never lets you add anything to it. why do they have moodboard option then? the collection of furnitures is great but most of them are out of stock and hardly anything comes back in stock. they never notify even if anything do come back in stock. good furnitures but very poorly managed. so two star.
For last 6 months dining table price was only 64k, last diwali price was only 50k. This month the same dining table price was changed to 120k. Why price is double in a month ?? Have you started making dining table using petroleum?
Placed an order on 9 December 2021 & made full payment at the time. Was informed on 21 December that the order had been cancelled & I will get a refund after 5-6 days. If they are not capable of executing orders why do they accept them & take our money in the 1st place? They used it interest free for almost 21 days & also prevented me from going in for some other options leaving me neither here nor there. Think twice before you place an order with them.
They sell you third grade products at a premium. Do not fall prey the pretty aesthetically shot pictures. The customer care is no use either and they'll waste your time with useless jargon where they conveniently manipulate the terms of the warranty. So if you value your money DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop here.
Worst customer service and un reasonable delays in delivery times. No way to communicate support team through telephone. No prior info about delays will be provided. Waste of time shopping here. I would strongly recommend for any alternate options for furniture shopping. Absolutely not worth single star also. Please think thoroughly before you place order in URBAN LADDER
Looks like this app has some AI feature or have access to our phone's microphone. They know the thing that we have fixed to buy and at the time of buying they increase the price. This happened twice... Not satisfied, waste of time searching.
I had a bad experience with Urban Ladder. You people don't have cancellation uption in your app. For cancellation we have to send email. I have ordered one product but they automatically cancelled my order without my request. They are doing simple time pass. One product rate suddenly will decrease by 50 percentage but if you order that they will cancel ur order.
