Cannot start the app. It immediately hangs when I open the app. It repeatedly tells me 'Validating your address'. It never moves past this phase. I upgraded the Android software but I didn't fix it.
The mobile application in Android simply doesn't start, it keep stuck in the "Validating your address" message.
Happy about the service, very professional therapist. I'd def recommend it!
Might be good who knows couldn't get past the details screen as it kept saying no internet connection it did however still manage to register my phone number and send a validation message code.... which I couldn't use.... because I couldn't get past the details screen. I gave it half a dozen tries and the same thing kept happening. The app clearly has a bug so I'll go elsewhere.
World class wellness in a few taps. The only thing better than the treatments on the platform is the exceptional customer service that is on hand. The dedicated team are a delight to communicate with if you have any problems and, sometimes, I hope something does go wrong just so I get to talk to them.
Terrible. Can't use as a guest even though it gives you an option. Then trys to make you sign up. No support. If your number is linked to an old defunct account then you can't BOOK (Defunct as they were hacked) Soo annoying and frustrating. Want to use there services and can't.
Unable to use, as it stops at the logo before proceeding. App and phone software up to date, randomly works at times, not sure what else I can do. Raised it to CS who only gave me confirmation via webchat that this will be looked into, without any timeframe (due to holidays they have shorter staff but not even maximum period..?) and no email confirmation written either for acknowledging the receipt of the issue. Something fundamentally not right here, it's a shame as it's a great platform.
Can't connect - keeps saying 'Somethings gone wrong. Please check your Internet connection'. The only thing that has gone wrong is this App!!! Despite so many users reporting the same issue your developers seem to be doing nothing to resolve it. Bit pathetic really as the app is excellent - I used it some time ago on another device - but for now it's not even a 1 star (can't give a zero rating otherwise I would)!
Don't need the stress added to an injured back. I booked within 24 hours but was forced to cancel due to medical advice that I should await scan results. This was a late booking hence late cancellation. Even though the practitioner had no pending booking as I was able to do so, Urban still charged me 30% penalty for the cancellation. They said to protect the practitioner, but since this does not happen at clinics I find that way too heavy. Deleting the app, they have lost me as a customer.
Easy to use and presentation is great. Can book a practitioner so easily. Changing a time is slightly confusing though, where once changed start and end times are the same
Been using this app since 2019 and I love the idea and the service the app provides, its so convenient and well priced. But what is not getting this to 5* is the fact that the platform failed in two significant ways: 1 - trying to tip the masseur 2 - leaving a review Both the above are detrimental to the lovely and talented people that rely on this means of getting customers and as a user I felt it was a waste of my time writing a nice review then not be able to publish.
The app is not partucularly intuitive. The terms and conditions are essentially a penalty (not that you read them of course). To save you the job, you pay 30% of the cost of a treatment if you cancel within 24 hours of the treatment regardless if you accidentally booked the treatment to happen within 24 hours. It also costs 20 pounds administration fee to change the date of a treatment. Customer service hung up on me without answering my questions.
Life changing app! Was nervous to use this due to COVID however the therapists had all the appropriate PPE and was very thorough with their hygiene. The treatments have helped me with my back pains and I will definitely continue using!
The FAQ section is not loading answers and I keep receiving error messages when I enter the Yoga bookings.
Excellent service, abysmal app. Rife with crashing, discounts not showing up. Support do their best, but the development team have a lot to answer for!
