Change the developer! Why isn't there still an option to change the notification sounds? It's too jarring that clients wake up on new job notifications and that's a shame.!! It's like two metals clanging...and the app has got to be on all the time in order to see notification...and it's un optimised as f#&%K!!! Thanks!

The credits are too costly to buy and it is asking me for too much high credits for small works... This app seems like a loot at one point... This is good app other than those shortcomings.. please decrease the cost of credits or atleast give offers for credits or atleast stop charging so many high credits for works...& Worst helpline service.

Dear sir, I had booked my video session call on 10th May 2022, at 11am. But I was not able to connect the video session, as the " join video call " icon button was not active. It have happened more than thrice. Please kindly allow me to join the video call.

Notifications sound not comming. I raised a complaint regarding sound problem. But no use. I tried so many times bt dis UC is trying to cheat us since last1week update came. On dat onwards notification sound not getting. Dis is all fraud of UC commission taking up to 45to50% . Mg recharge, daily credits have been deducting oprx 500, uc plus discount ,Settlement charges, uc service charge, uc commission, aur extra charges. What does it mean dis.. Very fraud app I'm fed up with dis app. Don'tuse

I have changed my phone samsung to redmi . now uc app does not detect customer OTP.. I was typing typing... But not identifed by app.. The OTP box was empty...how can i start ongoing job??? Customer care also very irresponsible.... Very bad experience...plz reply me.. What can i do..

It's really tremendous and pleasure experience how it is easy to use as well as easy to understand each and every steps to follow the booking of costomer . Features include all the facilities which needs to activate application .

Poor experience as a partner. I complete my all videos training 20days almost over, but still my account block. Also I can't book slot for video conference, when I tried to book slot, showing me empty background. 50 times minimum I tried to contact customer care & local office Manager. But still I'm facing same issues. It's simply App Bugs.

There is no job profile change option if someone mistakenly selected the wrong one. There is no way to contact you through app. And there is no option to delete the account. Please provide these.

The app is very bad, my two mobiles have been damaged, because of this it runs in the background too, so the mobile starts getting hit, it hangs, it is a very bad app, no one downloads it and updates come everyday, nothing happens.

Uc App developers plz change notification sound play's like china phone's sound too loudly coming. App is consuming to mush battery power & draining fast we can't keep power bank in our bike. Facing this problem

In the partner app we need the reply option for the customer review..because customer is booking Classic Cleaning pack but they are expecting to do like platinum package...if we are not doing like their wish they are reducing the ratings and you from the UC also reducing our ratings.Then what is the use of giving review about the customer while collecting the payment..please consider our feedback also..

Sir once I downloaded the app by the link was I found on whatsapp and booked a slot but join botton not active that day After this messages and calls comes me that I should book a slot but in the always show me " there are no slot available please check back later, why please solve this issue

No jobs since 2 years,after raising issue so many times,they just keep giving u false assurances. And now they just ate my money, my credit balance is gone to zero,stating that it expired. Big cheat that is,they don't provide leads,n when credit is unused they will gobble it up.

I wanted to join as a partner, I had booked a slot but as I did find someone whom I would use to show my skills, hence I changed my slot to next day and next day when I tried I got a message saying my application is rejected and I should be trying after 6 months. Very disappointing

Company stopped sending ppe kit but at the same time they are charging 49Rs. Convenience fee from customers. This's not acceptable. Either you start sending ppe kit or stop charging convenience fee.

Great app related to job search and response from them regarding our job, but the interview team which I attended was zero percent professional regarding their approach towards the interviewee. I have never heard a chef being judged by the dish he explains by mouth rather than the dish he cooks, there are 100s of world class chefs who can't talk but still can cook mouth-watering food. Good experience with the app other than the interview team

I did complain that app shows me status as skill session result pending from past 2 months...i got a call and an email also from developer team but nothing has changed yet...also funny part is they removed my previous comments too

Worst helpline service. Without solving the pro's queries and problems they themselves updated as RESOLVED. No support from them for pro's . Then what is the use of telling us partners.

I am getting regular updates from last few days however the problem is still the same app is hanging too much app runs very smoothly 9:00pm to 9:00am and after its stated hanging to much while taking pictures. Like selfies etc its unable to respond leads many times because of this i am also missing leads this is not in network issue this is an app issue so please resolve this issues

I downloaded the app and my skill test was on 18/05/2022 and today is 25/05/2022 and still they didn't update my skill test result on the app. It is showing 'our trainer will share your skill test result in 24 hours , please check after some time. I am very disappointed with this app.
