They mindlessly do not support freedom of choice, the online menu is incorrect from the actual menu and the rewards program doesn't let you redeem your rewards.
The app works great. The food here is fresh and healthy. Their stores dot Southern California
Downloaded the app to avoid the long line. Tried to order but it wouldn't allow me to add a salad. After 15 mins of adding credit card and frustration, I had to delete the app and get back in the long line.
Ordered for delivery through this app, delivery service lost our food and had no way for us to contact them. Then had to drive to the restaurant to pick it up ourselves, and got cold sandwiches that were missing ingredients. This is horrible service and way to treat your long-time clients. Ridiculous.
Tried placing an order and when I tried inputting my credit card info it just kept on sending me back to my cart. Then after I went back and looked at my order history it showed that the app placed an order in a different city and it had charged me for it.
The app good. One thing they could add is an option to save prior orders so you can re-order the same thing easily.

I've only had the trip tip chimi sandwich and that's delicious. Cookies here are the best - warm out of the oven with a subtle sprinkle of sea salt to top things off. Staff is always polite. Line can get long during the lunch rush but if goes quick.
downloaded the app, but haven't been able to use it. Have tried on 3 separate occasions to order and I continue to receive, "could not load cart"..so I just end up calling the order in. useless
I've used the app a lot - it's become a go-to for my family, but it won't let me update my current card info and won't accept as a new add, so can longer use. Very disappointing.
Love being able to order through here and having a reward system. However, EVERY single time i want my order ready at 12pm and select 12 when it goes through it confirms for 12:15pm!! Always!
1) Is all about the bread 2) then the cookies 3) the flavor of the sandwiches ingredients is awesome. I have tried almost all. 4) their craft lemonade. DELICIOUS!!!!!
Useless!!!!! Can't place order, keeps asking to provide telephone number for order even though it's clearly in the order and my profile! Waste of time and memory on my phone!!
There app is pointless, like what is the point of having an app if it just going to send you to their website. All you can do is check the menu,, I do not recommend this app.
It will screw you over. This app will place incomplete orders without you even submitting an order and then not even allow to to cancel or edit an order. Complete pain in my arse.

it's a pretty easy app to use and loads each screen quickly. couldn't ask for more.
The salads are delicious! My personal favorite is the Abbott, and the Chicken Cilantro comes in at a strong second place. And, BEST of all are the STAFF MEMBERS!!!
Love it! Great alternative to fast food and plain lettuce salads. Wish they still have the mango salmon salad though.

I love this place. It's so good and just the right amount of food for a light lunch or dinner. Sometimes I'm a little hungry after but that's not always the case.
Food is fresh, tasty and have plenty of healthy options, but they also bake their own bread and cookies which are delicious too.

Update: App working great now. Food is amazing! Friendly staff is appreciated! My bank needs "state" entered to accept CC payment, please fix! I understand the app is assuming California but when app runs my CC it states incorrect address or billing zip. Not zip, no state allowed to be chosen. Simple coding fix that I hope is fixed asap and I will update my review. BTW: FOOD IS 5/5, 10/10, 100% amazing!
