The functionality of this app has improved significantly over the past few months, although you still get the occasional bug. When it works correctly, the user experience is great. If you are close to the pickup/drop-off stops, it is almost as fast as Uber and much cheaper. Drivers are kind, although they could drive a bit more cautiously. Internet on the vans can be intermittent. Seats aren't bad, but could be a bit more spacious. This has become my go-to option when I have to visit Santa Fe.
First time review from santa fe to mixcoac: Easy enough to find the stop, bus locations appears in the app, arrived 6 mins late. Friendly driver. Van smelled too much of smoke inside. All curtains closed, good if you want to sleep but very bumpy ride and very hot, even with just two passengers. No WiFi, power sockets two per row, no fold out table. Overhead storage on one side. Good music but may not be to everyone's taste. Uber cost $150 to destination, Urbvan $45 back plus 30 mins walking. Overall decent value for money but service can be improved.
It is a super service, transportation is luxurious, is clean is comfortable is fresh, it has the adequate amenities, driver (Raymundo PU16) is super kind and punctual and he follows the protocols, it really works well. I am very happy with this service. Very recommended.
It's a really friendly app, easy to use, and even when you need help there is a chat agent available to solve your inconvenient.
the app does not open. have uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as replicated on a different phone. error "Ubrvan has suddently stopped"
No UX design, hard to find my route, very slow.
No matter the address I put the result is always "no route found".

Please make this apps for all country. Speacially in malaysia. We need this.
The app is fine, the service is not reliable. They work on a tight schedule. If the driver is delayed he doesn't pick up the passengers, and reports no show, obviously no return policy for no shows.
