It takes forever to boot up on my Galaxy S21 Ultra. My wife has it on her iPhone and it boots up in 2 seconds. It also constly turns off so for example, if I used the URC remote to adjust volume at the beginning of the movie, and 20 min later need to adjust volume, the app needs to boot up again. Please fix!!!!
Was fine until Android update about one month ago. I waited to review waiting to see if URC would make a fix for it. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Now I have to close and reopen app in order to control music and tv frequently (several times per day). Otherwise it just stays on "notification". Please fix this.
I wansn't expecting to use this app very much, but have found it an invaluable tool. I still prefer using the TRC-1080's, but I am always walking around the house and yard carrying my phone. Clean interface that very closely resembles the remote, and just as fast. Great job URC!
Frustrating! Recently upgraded to Galaxy S10 from S7 and it does not connect to the network. Old phone worked fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. My wife's iPhone works just fine. Is there another version I should be using with my phone? I don't know what else to do???
App takes forever to load and when it does buttons and functions can be very finicky when tapped (especially volume). The 2.5 version on IOS is flawless so why can't the Android version work better. I think URC needs to put more time into Android as news flash there are more Android users than IOS now globally...... you could win more customers if you made it work well on both platforms.
App usually does not work. Not all rooms show up. Connects initially but then disconnects shortly afterward and will only reconnect if the phone is restarted. Unhelpful customer support. Apple devices work just fine. Get a new Android dev team.
Won't open on Google Pixel. Had it in my Galaxy S8 and it worked 60% of the time, now it won't connect. I manage a sports bar, and it was useful. Now, I have to borrow someone else's phone to change the TVs.
this app is a huge memory and storage hog. I used it once briefly yesterday, then went out for several hours. When I checked, it had used 15% of my battery! that's more than any other service or app. this thing behaves badly in the background. And why, tell me, is it using 100 megabytes of memory?
The app connects and functions - 2 stars. Lack of configuration and poor interface. Can't find how to turn off the annoying vibrations, hence poor interface.
Terrible waste of money. Rarely works. I've love how they respond "thank you for your feedback" to everyone yet no updates or solutions. Absolutely awful product.
Great app and super convenient for controling the mrx-10. Recent fix resolved past rendering issues. Couldn't be happier. Thanks URC
got a new phone cuz galaxy s9 and the screen is black no nothing. I've uninstalled it twice now and still I've got nothing and it was hella slow with my old phone which was an s7.
app works on iPhone but not on android Galaxy S8plus.....app just hangs trying to connect. TC in general is fickle and disappointing.
"unexpected response from the base station" when trying to connect my phone. Reset the but still get this message.

App will not connect to system
This app used to work fine with my Samsung Note 9 but has recently stopped. I now receive the Communication error - 'Unexpected response from base station'. I reinstalled several times but no change. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to fix this myself. I have not heard anything since comments in Nov 2021. It is now Jan 20, 2022. It works for Apple phones, do you still support Android? I would like to be able to use it again. Please advise.
