Urgent.ly Provider

Inefficiency at its best. Many times the jobs are gone before you can even open the app. Let alone to be able to look at the job. When my drivers are on a call that they accept it gives my info to the customer to call. So it's 3 calls made instead of one. If I can even answer. Which I usually can't. So the customers left in the dark. They jack up rates to get driver's so they can lock down new insurance companies. Then drop the rate once they get them. Most recently with safeco.

Keeps turning my phone to silent everytime i open the app. Is deleting other apps on my phone never had any issues with my phone until I downloaded this app needs to have different tones to let you know that there is a job offer and I honestly don't think I will be keeping the app because the company itself never sends the info to the phones anyhow.

horrible!!!! You can't make any money because the app freezes constantly and the only excuse you receive from tech support or dispatch is deactivate it and sign on again or uninstall again and again and AGAIN! Frustrated.

Very very bad company to deal with. Any company that sets aside your contracted rates and just pays you what they feel like paying you is a bad company. Contracts mean nothing to them. Recent changes include a tier system, you are contacted for $50.00 they pay you 1st tier at $35.00. This was implemented without the contractors knowledge. They require a "special" background check that they charge you monthly for. Very bad company.

This app carry bugs in it however it do work for the most part but even if you report it to the company they drag their feet in fixing it which still havent been fix for me yet it has major glitchers However when you contact regional Mgmt they get on the job and fix it for and you do get some type of accomandation for it so its pretty cool to level with you

App freezes and keeps ringing annoyingly. Won't give you the call you accept and causes for wasted time. Also, doesn't give you any time to research the call. Love urgent.ly but this app is trash.

This apps not completely functional. App lacks symmetry to Google maps. Also, it does not allow copying, subsequently not allowing the user to paste the address in Google maps.

isnt very user friendly if im work on something on another screen i may as well not even try to get a job because my phone will not change screens fast enough. im updating today to see if it will stop giving me the you did not get the job and what im talking about is wheather or not i get the job or not i receive an info box saying you did not get the job. the other thing is the notification tone is not that loud and the volume is all the way up i was going to change the notification tone but it

Glitches...I accept a job and it disappears and then offers me the same job again. then it tells me I missed the job and then I find it in my jobs list as an assigned job. I get text messages from Urgent asking me to change my status to "on the way" for jobs the app said I missed but were actually assigned to me. I miss my ETA a lot because of it.

Garbage. Can't silence notification unless you open the app. Not safe to use while driving for obvious reasons. Offer jobs way out of area as well.

Horrible idea to expect a commercial truck drivers to use an app while driving. Our drivers won't be using this app. We highly suggest that you don't either.

As of the last update having lots of problem every other week had to uninstall and reinstall every other day just now doing again bit now it will not open help Is been 12 hours and my app starting working again you guys always come thru been with your company for over 5 years always resolve problems really fast thank you keep up the good work 😃😃👍👍👍

glitches,, this app doesn't work for ur convenience but for their side yes they choose how takes the better job and went they need you take the call appear for 20 minutes time that u can search for address or anything you want to do in 20 minutes but went it's good job and close to you main provider takes it them went main provider midnight doesn't takr call they call you 4 help and they don't pay tows after hours they still want take the call some contractors.we need your attention reg manager.

use to be a great app but now it doesn't alarm when a job comes in try calling the office and nobody responds not even emails. No rep to help when needed or to answer questions.. when I 1st came on contract everything was perfect as time went it went down hill....

I'm a provider this app doesn't alert to well when calls come in . Doesn't give you time to pick up on phone and bid . Fix for s9 plus

Urgently Used to be a great company, but lately transparency and honesty has gone through the window. They have the ability to change prices after the job has been completed in their favor. Rates we agreed on and had contracted were basically cut almost in half without our knowledge. Very shady and unethical business practices. Very sad 😥

No Changlog... Lazy Lazy Lazy. APP IS locked up most of the time... moments of functionality are not enough to use it. Apparently the company that seeks out the absolute cheapest tow, also went for the cheapest app developer...

FIX THIS APP!!! I can't accept jobs if this app wont work. I've called the support and left messages and no one ever gets back to me!

I can't see new jobs, I have to go online to see them, or do any actions such as noting that I'm on site or done with a job or anything. But it notifies me that there's a job to go online and lookup, so there's that.

I don't like the Transparent pricing. Hopefully it will bring it back to the $$$ as a Service rate. Thank you.

This company is a joke they actually dispatch calls by whichever driver can hit accept on the app first not by who is closer to the call.what a joke the reason I haven't received a call in one year I guess my fingers are not fast enough SMH

Sorry guys but you blew it on this app. I suppose if your getting the job done with 2% provider participants, the 98% that can't help you because of your substandard app. is gonna have to wait until you need us. Call me if I can help you and your clients.

I use this application as a dispatch portal for my mobile device for roadside assistance and it works very well and I have yet to encounter any issues!

This company is complete garbage. They have not done anything in the last 4 hours to dispatch a tow truck in Los Angeles. I have been waiting since 3 pm ans they are telling me they cannot find a tow truck available. In Los Angeles, one of the most populated and advanced cities in the world with thousands and thousands of tow companies. This company needs to go under

My Phone keeps disconnecting me. As if I'm not logged in on urgently end but be saying ready to receive jobs. Please try & fix the app

Didn't use the app much, but I didn't agree with the new pricing structure implemented covertly.
