I'm a repeat customer! The first time (2yrs ago) I used them, they came out to my house at the time scheduled. This time they arrived an hour late (-1 star). I only subtract 1 star because the service is unique, and has saved the day 2X. Today, I felt like I had the flu, they came out, did a flu test, that was negative. The nurse also took my vitals, with Bluetooth enabled devices, then the DR. Came on a video conf, the Dr could analyze my eyes, throat, and then listened to my chest remotely

absolutely horrible. do not download this app. I signed up to have a doctor come to my house and then they call me an hour before my appointment and tell me that I'm getting a virtual visit instead. then the virtual zoo map didn't even work so the doctor disconnected and called me for 20 seconds and told me I had to pay them $80 because 2 minutes because that's what you meant it's of his time is worth.There refusing to give me a refund for services i did not receive. Dont Download😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
