URIDE

Started strong but dropped fast. This used to be one of my favourite cab apps for SSM, but now it costs way more than the local cabs unless a random promo is happening, and is just as unreliable as them to get a ride. I waited over 25mins on two different trips - the most recent event I gave up and walked home!

New update is terrible! I dont know why its no longer taking my credit card ive been using this whole time...(not expired) and wont let me re add it. Was never a great app just the only one available at my location. Wallet system is useless, integrate pay pal and fix your card registration.

Perfect and better then taking a cab.. it's.dref much needed too! Love the idea of them offering jobs too, my opinion is that it would be nice if they offered their own company vehicles only cuz not all ppl own a vehicle but overall 5 🌟 stars. You can get a ride all timea of the day and night. Which is most important, and cost efficient.

First time using URIDE Kelowna. Requested a pickup at Airport when I landed using the app. Excellent service and seemless. Driver was friendly, polite, car was clean. I Will definitely use this new service again and recommend URIDE to everyone!

Can't book rides in advance. Followed the FAQ on their website to no avail. Menus and options mentioned could not be located on the app.

Very friendly and hoping to have a longer ride so we can talk more. Enjoy the conversation, but unfortunately it was too short of a ride to continue the talk. Mistake was involve, but he did notice it. That's ok. I enjoyed his company. I hope more people choose Uride than Cabs. Although cans also also good but the wait is too long. Very good service and it's rare you have to wait for a driver to be assigned to your order. It is still worth it...😊

Super convenient app My only complaint is I wish they would allow you to add a promo code after booking a ride. I schedule my rides to work for the week only to get a promo code a day later. Would love to be able to just add a code for pre-scheduled bookings.

absolutely amazing service. it's a ride sharing service that my community desperately needed. service was quick professional and something I'm not use to is I made it to work on time something that wouldn't have happened if I chose to use another service.

a total life saver! if you're a student like me or someone who doesn't own a vehicle, I'd definitely recommend uride. they are much safer and cheaper than local taxi services, and they rescue you when you're dealing with unreliable public transit. this app is easy to navigate, you can locate your driver and communicate with them for pick up. also, the staff are all sweethearts

Uride has been an extremely valuable service to me since launching in my town. All the drivers are professional and friendly, and they always get a car to me in much less time than the local cab companies can. Prices are fair and competitive in the industry. The app is super easy to use, lets you adjust your tip and pay beforehand so there's no fumbling for your wallet when you get to your destination. I also like that you can track where your driver is on the app.

Very basic app. Could use more functionality such as being able to add to a tip afterwards and letting you let the driver know when you have bags of groceries without having to mention separately. Should also have the ability to put a comment with the driver rating, perhaps even subratings for cleanliness of vehicle, friendliness, helpfulness, etc.

Awesome service :) much better than a cab. Very friendly drivers, one even offered me a complimentary water bottle or mint 😂 I love it. Only issue is sometimes you do have to wait for the app to find a driver, but I just cancel if it takes over 5 mins. They also show you how many cars are in your area so that's a plus!

Way too expensive. App system sucks. Glitches out at times.

Has competitive pricing in my area that's awesome to shove it to taxis with overpriced rates but can't win with booking. Should be able to book a ride in advance any time not just 12+ hours ahead.

Great app i absolutely love it 💯 you guys are good people and better then the average taxi service. way cleaner and friendly drivers that help with bags and groceries when needed they also let u know how long they will be and how far they are away..Big thumbs up 👍

Would be decent if drivers were held to any sort of standard. Drivers will accept your booking but not even leave for 15 minutes, then cancel your booking if you take more than 30 seconds to get to their vehicle. Sub-par experiences with over 50% of rides

fast reliable and convenience at it's best

Good service overall but don't use their coupons. It immediately gets you no rides at all and barely deducts anything.

Danelle was very friendly, curtious, polite. Her car is very clean inside. I can't wait to get her as a driver again.

great service. the driver arrived within 3 minutes whereas the taxi service was a much longer wait.

Uride as a service is great. I get quick responses when I request a ride. However, the app really needs to allow me to select a payment method. I have two cards entered but the app is locked in on the second card I entered, and will not let me select the first card. If my second card does not have sufficient funds, I have to delete it to use the first card.

awesome service and very courteous. 10 min. wait. I had called the taxi company and they had a 45 min. wait. never going back to regular cab!!

Did not work consistently for me. I was able to take 1 ride. When I tried a 2nd, I clicked the "Enter Destination" field and nothing happens. I confirmed other apps are able to access the internet fine. I cleared the app data, still nothing. After 15 mins I gave up.

aDriver service, helps, especially the vehicles that vary usually driving their own vehicles, respectfully clean also

A lot of the time unless you book far in advance there are no cars available. Once your trip is picked up, only then will you see an ETA. There seems to be a discount with uride however tech fees make it equivalent.

This app sucks!! I dont understand how it has such high ratings on playstore?? If I could I'd give it a negative rating. Please only install this app if you want to be late for somewhere or if you want to keep waiting for cab for an hour. I live in Thunder Bay and I don't know since the past few rides there has been no acceptance at all!! There was this one time they took 55 mins to find a ride!! Honestly you're better off using some other apps like Roach or diamond!!

They have an ongoing practice of offering discount codes, like 50% recently. But, they don't actually work. When I contact support, I get a run-around, and falsely told I didn't put in the promo code (which I did). Instead of refunding the overcharge, they will often just give another promo code, for another discount, on a future ride. And then, *that* code will not work. Or, they'll just do nothing at all. Seriously, you're drumming up business by offering discounts that don't work, and haven't worked for a long time, if ever. I can forgive an honest mistake, but this has been going on way to long, they give refunds, and I see other users have same problem. And, they're still advertising new promos. Now, it's even worse, cause I can no longer see receipts for past rides easily, as I used to.

The drivers who came to pic up were really nice and friendly. . Way better than the local cab service. If there's no one to pick you at late night, the office will call you and assure you that they would send someone for you asap. The promo for the first time ride is really awesome. Thank you URIDE for your best service.

Excellent service, very well run. The app is clean & easy to use. It gets me where I'm going everytime! Much better than other rideshare apps I've used. These guys are turning heads & will be a huge contender soon! Highly recommended! Thanks for the rides! Your the best!
