App stuck in login since Feb 2022 , what's the purpose of it when you can't login ? I tried all possible ways of cache/data clear / reinstalling but nothing happens ,once I entered user id and PWD it tried to connect with server but at the end return with error 'Interent connection is slow '!
Working perfectly well with APN settings under Mobile Networks. (Access point Names). If same is shared with users or app is coded with inbuilt settings, feedback on app will be good.
Worst experience. Always shows login problem. I created my account at avvnl website but always show invalid id or password. I try option of forgetting password but never received any mail or sms regarding that. Do you really check whether your website/ app is working or not.
It shows server error when I login my no . App doesn't login It also shows your inter net speed is slow but I use broadband so there is no issue of speed of internet
3 month has past after reporting issue , still not resolved. it is wierd , goverment invested hard earned money in apps they are not functioning well and not supporting the issues
I want to download complete bill detail which is not available on this app. How tp get pdf bill. My web self service password is not working. So in this app where i can get detailed bill.
Unable to login the app, when I login it will always show "Internet speed is too slow" kindly check and provide the solution ASAP.
During app open always showing low internet speed. Even other app run fast on the same speed.

Can't login or register on this app . It always show a prompt that slow network speed . Is negative rating possible then i will rate in negative .
I installed the app and tried to sign-up but it's not sending OTP on my mobile number. Waited so long but no sms received.
I was having slow internet speed issue since a long time. Today I received solution from their customer care. We have to go to access point setting in sim network and change apn port and apn roaming port to ipv4 only (from ipv4/ipv6). Very small change and now app is working great as always.
Earlier it was working well. Since last one day, it is not working at all. After lot of time of buffering, nothing happens. The developer team responded and we exchanged no of mails, as they required to understand the problem. Advised to change apn setting, but nothing worked and it kept buffering. However I missed a floating flash message appearing briefly on my screen" server error". Since last 3 days it is not working giving server eror.
Very disappointed with app, can't login fron last 3 months, always display slow internet connection.

Worst App........ Not working and always say "No Internet "... Disgustting.... What is the meaning of this App, when it do not works or open. I tried from Desktop, then it says that there is no registry with this user name...Concern authorities should need to check as this could be a helpful App as under Govtt. Policies it generates revenue....

Initially not working but after seaking with customer care got a makeshift solutions 4 stars for prompt response and much better than avvnl web support
After apn setting ipv4 this app is showing Internet speed too slow showing ,and login page not opening. please fix it.

Good app for collecting info regarding bills. App wasn't working since 2-3 months and today checked some reviews for APN settings changes, Did same and it's working like a charm. I would suggest app team to put some alert through in app notification or on play store so everyone can do those changes and enjoy this app like previously. One thing i found out that state subsidy isn't shown in app bill preview, it's always shows ZERO please check that and fix. Thanks.
