They stopped rooted and jailbroken phones from using the app. Now I have to use their website and I hate it. I used this app all the time to check my account and now I can't because they decided they want to tell me what to do with my phone. By the way I can still access my bank account through my phone with website thus making this whole change pointless and even less secure. Change it back.
Updates slow posting half the time can't get into my account. Really started having problems when they upgraded the system. Liked it before that's why I changed over the first place
The app doesn't work. Said it was a phone problem but the app was working fine then suddenly didn't work anymore.
Easy to use! It definitely is incorporated into my everyday life. I just wish I could deposit checks directly into my account on the app. I also wish there were more transfers allowed.
Always having connection issues/net work. It's a pain i do alot on the go with this banking app. And i'm sick to my to no end having to change my password as a fix everytime app in unavailible
i can always check my balance on the go no matter where i am. And it oh just so great to have. i dont even have to go to or even call the bank as much with the app it is a reall life saver and u can use it 24/7
Who knows how the app is. The urw customer service is so bad I can never get anyone on the phone so they can setup my username and pw. Have left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back.
App locks you out and customer support will not answer any calls, phone just continues to ring, will be closing my account by the weekend.
The app is outdated and does not work over half the attempts to open and log in. Recommend using another bank in general.
Great but need more transfers to savings and vice versa.. Anyone having problems with this app September 26 2020?
Since the 26th app closes soon as you open it Cant use it ..have tried uninstalling and reinstalling mulitple times still nothing
has almost everything I need in a banking app. makes it easier so I don't have to go to the bank. it works for me
App want open keeps immediately blinking to white screen then cutting off
The app never works it's always crashing and I've been with this bank for about 14 years
Not user friendly, poor layout, insufficient options
They need to make sure to call people back when we call them. I called lasted week and still haven't got a call back.
Not sure whats going on but im not able ro use the app i have to login through the web site

It doesn't work all the time
Being to transfer funds whenever I need to is awesome. I never intend to change banking institutions. Way to go URW!!!

Poor,constantly having to go into the office and get my account restarted due to their system not accepting my password or I.D
Since the update not been able to use. TT a teller, he said it was a phone issue. My phone works well. App doesn't work. Fix the problem you created. Having to go online is a pain in the arse
