URWconnect
The application (previously known as URconnect) includes the tools necessary for an employee or a store manager to communicate effectively with the management team of the commercial centre, at any time and anywhere, thanks to its Smartphone compatible format, accessible from the Internet.
Here is an overview of the features of Connect:
Centre news: Connect allows you to have access at any time to the latest information on the Commercial Centre (e.g. special openings, security info)
Tickets: Connect allows you to inform the management teams of the Commercial Centre in the event of a maintenance, cleaning or security issue in a shop or the common areas.
Marketing: Connect sends you the latest information on events and marketing operations (e.g. market research, mystery shopper surveys, events).
Employee Space: With Connect, find the latest events and reductions intended exclusively for employees of the shopping centre.
Job offers: Publish your job offers on Connect and let employees share them with their friends and family!
Documents: Find all the relevant documents on the shopping centre with one click thanks to Connect.
Profiles: Manage your team directly from the Connect application and the information on your staff.
Contacts: Connect allows you to stay in contact with the SCM teams and find the appropriate contacts for your projects.
Download your application now (access is available only if your commercial centre is equipped with the Connect solution).
Once registered, your store manager will give you access to the tool to be able to use the Connect application.

I can't turn off onscreen notifications. Application settings doesn't work at all. I get notifications every day that don't apply to me!
Just written a review stating I couldnt log on and was told to email the support team. All I received was a link back from the support team for me to set up an account with them. Not great support and dont need the aggro. Will not be using this app.
Can't even login, I am inputting the correct password and everything from another phone. My friend can't even locate his store whereas I can on my phone. Terrible
Not working, I have downloaded the app it was very hard to find my shopping centre which is "Westfield white city London" anyway tried to register my self more than 13 times however after all this I have received a confirmation email to confirm my account I clicked on the link more than one Time and every single time it says that like is expired and I will receive another email in to my email which is never happened???? I am the store manager and I can't verification my account.
It's fully unuseful and slow. In addition, it requires too much access to our personal&mobile information. My advice: don't download it, its discounts don't deserve it
Aweful mall manager says I can put work orders for after hours via the app but no the most I can do is send them a message. Thanks to this app I can't get after hours permit for my inventory completed. If I get fired I'm totally blaming this app
I downloaded this twice now and I can't even register as Westfield London is not on the list, I get international Westfield places but nothing under London or White City. I can't do much if I can't find it. Help please
Won't let me login. Says i have previously registered, and done the password change successfully but yet app not let me in.
Cant log in even though I put the correct info that i use to log in on the website. Reset password mail never came in my mail either.
The support team were quick to resolve my issue once I reviewed and everything was solved easily!
Unable to get in to the app even after resetting the password its says its blocked and to contact manager , what manager, where and how ?
The app doesn't list the UK shopping centers therefore it is impossible to register
Does not even allow me to sign up because it does not recognize my center as part of Westfield...
I'm waiting for Westfield london for 2 months and i still didn't get it. Guys please add Westfield London shepherd bush arial way. Im waiting for a long time.
What a terrible, laggy, mess of an app. Why do we need to download this westfield? Why force us to use this? Absolutely ridiculous and dumb.
I'm having trouble getting my app approved from manager. How does she do this?
Worst App on earth
Good app (really impressed that I raised an issue & they fixed & re-released the app a few hours later). Wish they would put favourites on the front screen though, it's tucked away in 'my profile' which makes it harder to find than just searching...
