Constantly freezes when placing orders. Had to reset app multiple times to finish.
Worst App ever, complete nightmare, slow, crashes, items disappear, descriptions are inaccurate...etc...they need to re-evaluate the entire thing.
App has alot of issues with not being able to get your delivery schedule
Cannot place order quantities more than 1 case and can not pay my invoices from the app

Great for ordering on the fly! love the bar code feature. You can even use it on the airplane! Its saved me plenty of time especially when my laptop wasn't available. A few things I dislike, are all the special orders!! Or you have to call about pricing on alot or item's. Also if a product is out stock or has been discontinued you will not be notified until check out! When you push send. Then items not available will pop up. There have been times not even a substitute product was in stock.
It's not bad enough that this is the worst app ever, I call your IT department and get a menu of every issue except for IT. Whoever designed this app obviously didn't spend 1 minute in a kitchen asking what was needed. Categories, filters, (which is beyond stupid) BUT can't access search without backing Considering the only thing we want to do is put our order in. Can't add or delete except on a laptop or pc?? Yea, that's what we carry around the kitchen.
Always difficult to nav. This is a tremendously horrible app for a multi billion dollar company to provide. A total p.o.s.
Type in Milk and I get a bunch of choices for things Ive never ordered. ...Canned and dehydrated milk... Nevermind the milk I get every week. I have to specifically type 2 percent milk. Type in cups for drinking and I get a bunch of ice cream. Type in Ice cream and I get a bunch of products i've never ordered or received. It's almost as if this app is getting worse.
Not great. I basically only use this app to check when our deliveries are expected to arrive. Due to constant crashes, trying to submit an order or simply searching for a product are both a complete nightmare. We love US Foods, but this app still needs some serious work.
Give a little more slack when it comes to the spelling or verbage of searched items. Also the app is currently (10/30/21) telling me it needs to update, but no updates are available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to, no luck. Other than that, I love the app. Haven't had any other problems.
Crashing too often.
Ordering food works as intended, but when doing inventory do be careful of using the 'Eaches' column, for some reason there are random products that will count that as cases (when clearly that's not what you wanted). Use decimals in the 'cases' column to correctly if you run into this issue.
the app used to work, but it refuses to do anything but open since the last update. the app will open, but refuses to open a new order, view an order, look at invoices, etc. hopefully they can figure this your soon.
This is the app rating NOT the company...i need to make that distinction. Good job on the new app it is a great help and easy to use. Now work on making sure you have in stock what you were contracted to have available and dont use covid as the problem these were issues before the pandemic
I am happy to see all my pricing yet it was nice to have a salesman to go over the order when you have questions.... Plus this app continues to "flash" when I open it....like it's taking pictures of me the whole time it's open...has been a blessing and a curse ( if that's possible?). Seems like they company has wiped out the salesman and that I don't like that .love my salesman so this is kinda sad to be forced to utilize.... still an old school type of operator so not as happy as i was before
Slowest app ever. Always crashes.
It always logs out and has a very long app load up time when you open the app. Also never shows full catalog for your store only sometimes. Very annoying
It would certainly help if the deliveries menu, was accurate; or at the very least didnt keep jumping your store from stop to stop with no indication of when it will actually arrive.
Always problematic wish they invest more on technology

It hardly ever opens. Just keeps loading. Very frustrating when you are busy and trying to get an order in.
When it's working properly, it's great, but I have been having issues reinstalling the app. And I need this for my workplace. It says error code 491 and none of the steps have worked to fix it.
Complicated reopening existing order to add items. Shows previously purchased items at top of search but, date of that purchase not available. Lowering quantity of items complicated feature. Not very seamless.
