This app is shockingly bad. Despite two big upgrades within a few hours, the links to stats & full player profiles during the match didn't work. UPDATE: This is now working, but "completed matches" is NOT WORKING. The draws are still impossible to follow (it needs lines so you can see which two ties are "paired" when you're in the middle of a draw). Also, when you go into a player profile in the OOP, and come out of it, it takes you back to the top, which is really annoying. Please sort it out!

Frustrating and not impressed! The app seems to be really slow, switching, for example, between Live Scores and Schedule often results in a blank screen and even scrolling through the live matches is really jerky. Not well thought through app design either. Cannot easily look at matches coming up for Favourites, cannot select players for a country........

Would be super appreciated if whomever is on the push notifications trigger imposed a minimum 30-second delay after completed sets. I often get the notification for the score after a completed set before I see the set conclude "live" on television. Not always the case, but far too often. Television delays are a thing. I'm sure this is common for a lot of people. I got the notification at the end the first set of the Women's Final about 10-15 secs before the point finished on television. Thanks!

One of the worst I've seen so far among other grand slam apps. No filtering by men/women etc when you look for results, no menu to go back when match info displayed(need to use phone back button). If you open player info it shows only number of matches lost in doubles section. I think it should matches won, just a bug. No feedback option provided.

I had no problems before, but now, just before the 2021 US Open is about to start, the app has stopped. The icon is just a generic Android app icon on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still won't work and it still has a generic Android icon, not the US Open one. Yet the app on my iPad works perfectly.

Garbage app. It looks like it was designed 15 years ago. Awful, dull, boring, outdated UI. App frequently crashes, fails to notify, and is non-responsive. The video doesn't work at all. The US Tennis Federation ought to be ashamed of itself. This app is lightyears behind the excellent Wimbledon app. If the app was a player, he or she wouldn't even be ranked in the top 500 in the world.

Terrible app when trying to navigate back and forth, since when trying to go back, the previous screen coming back is never keeping your settings, and you have again and again to set-up your filters. So, even if the details and links are many and usefully, when you are accessing one, to get the details about a match or a player, when trying to return you need to start again choosing the specific date and then scroll to your previous point, so loosing a lot of time for this back and forth issues.

2021 app. Just like last year didn't work properly. I set up players to watch and when I got a notification and tapped on it I would just get the old game and not the current one. I then had to go to goggle to see the current scores. Horrible.

Mostly good but frequently goes back a few games. Once it even went back during the second set and displayed the first first set instead. Strangely this happened with the scores in the French Open app but that was even worse.

the app this year really isn't great. when in results, if you click on a match then out, it unselects all filters applied. can't see stats or keys to matches within a match without searching the web. app doesn't work as it should

Viewing the draws are terrible. There needs to be a large image of the draw you can zoom in on. This allows you to see potential future match ups. The current state doesn't even line up round 1 & 2. It resets you to the top of the draw.

The app is great for scores, but if you want to read a story you're better off using your web browser because it doesn't own the story you click on. Instead it opens an article from 2 days ago that I already read. It's been the same for the last 3 days.

Unbelievable that each Open develops a new app. This one is even worse than Wimbledon. Why not copy the French Open app which was great and use it for all Opens. Why continue to reinvent the wheel? I guess it is a revenue earner for the developers. I cannot even see the times in my own timezone, I have to convert from EDT. Incredible!

Lyn. C. Sep 2, 2021

Terrible. Downloaded and straight away, freezes, clitches, can't move between screens. For such a big game I thought you would do this right!

Mar. O. Sep 6, 2020

Unable to get to the draws without getting kicked out the app. Also caught in loop on articles, keeps taking to same article on Garcia. Unfortunately very disappointing as the grand slam apps usually very good

Joh. T. Sep 1, 2020

Poor operation on Android. This app is unstable and has sketchy bits that don't work properly. It looks unfinished and rushed. Disappointing.

Pam. S. Sep 4, 2020

Usual rubbishy app, nowhere near as good as the regular ATP/WTA app. Grand slam apps always slow, unintuitive, impossible to navigate easily.

Mis. S. Sep 4, 2021

1. Desperately needs DARK MODE. 2. Jumbled mess. Too many clicks to get to matches in progress AND scheduled. ESPN's presentation is much better.

Ted. G. Sep 2, 2020

Horrible app. Took forever to download and install, and then it powers my phone off every time I try to start it. I'd give it a zero rating if I could. Very disappointing.

Muk. J. Sep 7, 2020

Too heavy with very less likeable navigation and contents. The bottom line is that it does not appeal at all on first sight

Sam. Sep 6, 2021

Can't access the live scores. Can't move around in the app. It's just too slow and keeps crashing.

Sus. H. Aug 26, 2019

Unable to locate the bracket challenge. I look forward to completing this every year. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully the scores and draw will be updated in a timely manner

Pet. H. Aug 27, 2019

MUCH worse than last year. Will not even run a Kindle device. Clumsy to navigate. Not intuitive. Last year fine. Who "improved" it?
